Super service en fantastisch verblijf!
Pros:

Wat een aanrader is deze plek! De locatie is super, heel dichtbij het strand en op loopafstand van het dorp. Maar nog fijner zijn de fietsen die ze beschikbaar hebben! Op de fiets sta je binnen een paar minuten in het centrum. Er zou een fiets zijn met kinderzitje, maar die bleek helaas stuk. Een dag later stond er een fiets klaar met een fietskar erachter!! Wat een service. Onze dochter heeft er ontzettend van genoten. Ook bij aankomst stond er een baby bedje én kinderstoel klaar, super! Eigenaren zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ze waren druk aan het opstarten zo aan het begin van het seizoen, heerlijke rustige periode om heen te gaan.

Cons:

De bedden zijn vrij hard, daar moet je van houden.

Pros:

First, I must say that despite everything, we felt very comfortable here. It has a small terrace overlooking the communal courtyard with fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The location is perfect, in my opinion, 10 meters from Vieste's magnificent southern beach with incredible views of the city over the white cliffs, and a 20-minute walk from it. The kitchen is adequate; however, don't expect glasses of wine or a good knife for cooking or cutting bread. The mattresses were basic IKEA mattresses, but comfortable enough for a few days. There's a very enjoyable cat community on the premises for those of us who are crazy about cats.
The price-performance ratio is good considering the location, and there's free parking.

Cons:

The apartments are basic and have a rather uninviting, somewhat run-down, 70s-style feel. The lighting doesn't help the interior feel comfortable either.  You have to rent towels, sheets, dishcloths... and there's no dish soap, salt, hand sanitizer, paper towels, or anything. The apartments have mosquito nets, and you'll need them because there are tiger mosquitoes around. And even so, I think I'd go back. Call me crazy.

Una struttura bellissima nel verde ben curata ben attrezzata a carattere familiare dove i proprietari sempre disponibili in tutto situata a 50 metri dal mare in una posizione veramente comoda sia per andare al mare che per andare al centro oppure al supermercato…la consiglio veramente a tutti

sehr schöne Anlage in top Lage
Pros:

schöne Anlage mit vielen Bäumen. Super nahe am Strand, sehr nette Inhaber und Personal, sehr tierfreundlich

Cons:

die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind schon etwas älter, trotzdem funktioniert alles, die Küche/ Aufenthaltsraum klein für 4 Personen

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Pool area was nice, spacious and clean

There were lots of fresh herbs, peppers and fruit grown on site. The garden areas were very well looked after

Cons:

Checkin information was non existent. We were not informed about the on site washing machine nor about the location of the pool. 

The gas hob lighter was not working. No one answered the telephone or message sent via Booking.com app. Considering, checkin was after 5pm, no one got in touch so we were unable to cook our dinner.

No contact details were given in case of emergency.

Shower cubicle design was very poor as the bathroom flooded.

Window mosquito net shutter for the bathroom and kitchen was broken.

Wifi did not work in the apartment most of the time.

Apartment was very dark, stuffy and musty due to no fresh air flow

The photos on booking.com were misleading as you could not tell which apartment was allocated to us.

Pros:

Really excellent apartment, spotlessly clean in a super location close to the beach and 15 mins walk into town. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended place to stay. We will certainly stay again when we return to Vieste. KO
