Friendly staff, great location, poor service quality
Pros:

The team was very friendly and nice, they supported me with all the requests. They were responsive and available all the time.
The hotel location is perfect to be honest! so close to Paddington station, so super central.

Cons:

- There was a heat wave, and it took 1 day and half to arrange a fan for me. I had to request it twice!
- Also the card would not work everyday. Everyday I'd go up and down again, asking them to reactivate it
- The cleanliness was not so good. The chair for example was soooo dusty, showing how shallow the cleanliness efforts are.

Convenient and nice hotel close to Paddington st
Pros:

Conveniently close to Paddington station.
Fairly larger room for Central London for the price paid.

Cons:

Thin walls and so you could hear others easily. The upper rooms are like a maze getting through 3-4 doors to get to a room.

Pros:

Staff were very friendly on reception and check-in was easy

Cons:

Rooms were super hot and the fan provided was quite dirty and needed cleaning. The towel rail in the bathroom was on all of the time despite it being 36 degrees. Impossible to cool the room down

Udany pobyt.
Pros:

Duży pokój. Wygodne duże łóżko. Dodatkowe łóżko dla 3 osoby pełnowymiarowe, bardzo na plus. Miły personel. Śniadanie ok. Duży prysznic. Kwiatki w doniczkach na oknie bardzo ładne. Blisko do metra. Blisko do hyde parku.

Cons:

O godz.14.20 pokój nie był jeszcze gotowy ale recepcjonista bardzo szybko zareagował i po ok. 10 min wszystko było gotowe. Brak klimatyzacji w obiekcie. Zniszczone sprzęty w pokoju tj. lampa, grzejnik w łazience.

Average breakfast with sliced white bread, no sourdough or grain bread, cornflakes but no muesli. A fan, but no air-conditioning in 36 degree heat.

Fint sentralt hotell
Pros:

Vi hadde et flott opphold på Radnor hotell. Meget hyggelig betjening og god engelsk frokost! Godt med vann-automat og lemonade i resepsjonen på de varmeste dagene! Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Cons:

Rommet var i det minste laget, men likevel koselig.

Super langes Wochenende in London
Pros:

Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich. Die Lage in der der Nähe des Paddington Bahnhofs und Hyde Parks hervorragend. Frühstück für englische Verhältnisse ok. Badezimmer sauber, Größe ausreichend.

Cons:

Das Bett für 2 Personen etwas klein. Im Frühstücksraum sollte man kein Teppichboden verlegen.

If I’m back in London I am definitely coming back!
Pros:

The location was excellent, only 5 mins walk from Paddington station. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was fantastic!!

Cons:

Issue with shower. It only has 1 temperature, the temperature that it is at the time. Around 7:00am I guess the boiler had been on for a while so the water was scolding hot. At night it was lukewarm. There is no mixer function meaning you are unable to regulate temperature. The water flow was also not so strong. The water to the sink was fine. Guess it was on a different system.

But overall this was not a game changer for me as everything else was great.

Pros:

スタッフがとても親切だった。
チェックアウトについて質問して、5分、10分くらいの遅れは大丈夫と言ってくれたり、食堂もテキパキとテーブルを拭いていたり、みなさん一生懸命に働いていると思います。
チェックインのときに部屋を選ばしてくれたのもありがたかったです。

Cons:

歯ブラシのアメニティはなかったです。前もって記載されていたらと思います。
部屋の電気がOnにしても使えない箇所があったり、ランプがつかなかったのが残念です。

A fine stay in a fine neighborhood between Hyde park and Paddington station.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Super hospitable ladies organizing breakfast and a super friendly very professional receptionist from Hyderabad.
No street noise at all, room backside. Good beds, had everything except fridge.
