A very nice place to stay.
Pros:

Dinner was good, especially the salads and it was very good value. We had a big spacious room and it was very comfortable.

Cons:

The bar staff could be much more pleasent. Reception and waiting staff were very pleasent and customer focussed.

Pros:

Fueron muy amables al cambiarnos de habitación, al no funcionar los ventiladores, y con el cambio nos dieron una habitación más amplia, con tanto calor lo agradecimos.
La habitación comoda y limpia, sin ruidos y el hotel centrico.

Cons:

Mi queja es siempre la misma, con estos calores la falta de aire acondicionado marca la diferencia entre otras cosas.

Habitación amplia y excelente servicio
Pros:

En general, la estancia fue muy buena. La habitación era muy amplia, cómoda y estaba limpia, por lo que nos sentimos a gusto durante toda la estancia. El personal fue maravilloso, muy amable y atento en todo momento. Además, tuvieron el detalle de permitirnos hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista para que pudiéramos cambiarnos e ir a una boda, algo que agradecimos mucho.

Algunos huéspedes se levantaron muy pronto y se oyen bastante los ruidos de esas habitaciones.

Gracias al excelente trato recibido por el personal, es un alojamiento que recomendaríamos.

Pros:

Fuimos por San Fermín, es nuestro tercer año en este hotel. Está muy limpio, silencioso, tranquilo. De fácil acceso, con aparcamiento. En el bar hay bocadillos y pinchos de tortilla(muy buenos)

Pros:

The staff is extremely friendly, warm, and welcoming. This includes the staff in the restaurant, too! The Superior Family Room was enormous and even had a small tent for our daughter to play in. They have a charging port for electric cars (though Iberdrola needs to come finish hooking it up). We will definitely be returning.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered me was the full size mattress. My wife slept just fine, but I woke up sore each morning because I could feel springs in the mattress. After a little stretching, all was well. But that is the only thing that got to me.
