Muy cómodo, limpio, el personal amable, cercano al aeropuerto, ideal para descansar y escapar del caos del centro de Santiago. Mejoraría el menú para tener alternativas veganas.

Adorei que eles disponibilizaram duas vans para pegar nosso grupo no aeroporto, por ser algo sem custo extra imaginei que fariam duas viagens, mas não, como nosso grupo era grande e nos avisamos com antecedência eles foram atenciosos e mandaram duas vans.
O café da manhã está melhor que nos últimos anos, agora fazem até omeletes!

Llegue temprano al aeropuerto 1 hora antes de lo previsto, escribí al chófer y amablemente me paso a recoger a la terminal nacional. Agradezco la gestión y la disposición de recogernos antes de lo agendado

Insgesamt können wir uns nicht beschweren: das Zimmer ist top, das Frühstück wirklich sehr gut und das Personal auch freundlich.
Das Essen aus dem Restaurant wirklich schlecht, vor allem für den hohen Preis. Wir haben vier verschiedene Gerichte gehabt und keines war gut: teilweise zu viel Salz und viel Öl, je nach Gericht. Die Portionen waren ziemlich klein. Schade, weil das Frühstück echt gut war!
