Mooie locatie in Brasov
Pros:

Het hotel ligt op een gunstige plek in het centrum van Brasov. Het heeft een mooi, groot zwembad met spafaciliteiten. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en lekker.

Cons:

Het duurde vrij lang om uit te checken en een factuur te ontvangen. Hier werd geen excuus voor gemaakt en er werd niet gevraagd naar de tevredenheid over het verblijf. Het hotel is oud van buiten, maar de kamer was ook wat gedateerd. Het bed voelde wat plastic aan.

Not a 5stars hotel, unfortunately:(
Pros:

The adults and kids pool and the view

Cons:

The hotel looks better in pictures, unfortunately, the appearance of the hotel is very old in real life. I don’t think it should be rated as a 5stars hotel. In my room the carpet, some chairs, the edges of the bathtub were dirty, the curtain was torn. Only the view and the pool area (adults nd kids pool) were ok, otherwise to me this hotel was a disappointment :(.

Fantastic location. Great hotel but certainly not 5 star.
Pros:

Excellent location.

Cons:

Shower leaked after showering. Cleaning of the room was not 5 star. No complimentary water and few coffee capsules. We wanted to dine in the restaurant, however, there was a family with children running around , jumping on the furniture, screaming,… and the restaurant manager said that the family didn’t care. In a case like this he should have asked them to leave. We were a part of 4 planning to dine as well as others that chose to give up table reservations.

Breakfast had a lovely selection, however, replacing the items on the buffet were not quite frequent.

The stay was good and comfortable but improving on the items mentioned would make it better .
Pros:

Location was excellent and staff was always very helpful

Cons:

Room have limited electric plugs and while very clean the room lacked modern facilities. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of food items and the appearance was great but not hot thus lost its appeal.

מלון יוצא מין הכלל, מיקום הכי טוב שיש. מומלץ ביותר.
Pros:

מיקום מעולה. חדר גדול, נוח, מאובזר כראוי, נוף נפלא, ארוחת בוקר נהדרת, בריכה נהדרת.

Cons:

הגיעו לנקות את החדר בשעה 17:30, שעה בלתי סבירה.הניקוי כלל החלפת מגבות ריקון פחים, החלפת כוסות קפה וזהו. מקווה שהיתה בעיה נקודתית כי חוץ מזה המלון מעולה.
