Rozczarowanie
Cons:

Hotel jest reklamowany jako 5-o gwiazdkowy, a max są to 3 gwiazdki. Na zgłoszone zastrzeżenia personel stwierdził, że obiekt jest 4-o gwiazdkowy.
Pokoje nie są sprzątane . Zarezerwowaliśmy pokój dla 3 osób, w tym 9-o latka - łóżko było jedno, a personel stwierdził, że możemy spać razem.
Ostatecznie dostawiono nam łóżko polowe na którym nie dało się jednak spać.

Not enough attention to basics...more needed
Pros:

Varied choice at breakfast.
A 3 minute walk to the art museum and ethnographic museum (both small but lovely).
A 5-10 minute walk to many sights and countless eateries.

Cons:

The room door had a significant space under it. I had asked for a quiet room away from the main street and got one overlooking a pedestrianised square. Until the pedestrians left I could hear all the talking, so I can only imagine what the street-facing rooms were like. Take earplugs. Overall, much better sound isolation is needed to get the basics of sleep comfort right.

The shower pane allowed a lot of leaking onto the floor...I kept asking housekeeping for more bath mats.
There were several pronounced mould spots in the bath tub...easy enough to treat, so they should have been!
A lack of power outlets around the bed was inconvenient.
I asked for a map at reception and was given an A4 copy of a part of a map with faded ink ...very poor.

Cons:

חנייה בתשלום ומאוד יקרה אין הנחה לאורחי המלון. גם לקחו את תשלום על מיסים.
