The location is amazing, and our room offered an excellent view. The breakfast was pretty good, and the breakfast staff was very kind and welcoming.
There was no kettle provided in the room for making tea. When we requested one, the reception staff - who were generally quite cold - told us to simply run the coffee machine without a capsule. Those machines are not meant to be used as water heaters, and doing so resulted in unappealing, dirty water. A simple kettle should be a standard amenity.
