Pros:

Pros:

I booked for 70€ with discount but I paid 85€ on the desk, they didn't even properly listen. The bathroom was wet. I haven't booked for breakfast but they also got the breakfast.

A nice stay
Pros:

Based on some of the previous reviews my expectations weren't so high but this hotel was a lot nicer than I had expected. The room was large and well heated for the winter. Also the breakfast was good with quite a bit to choose from the buffet. Also it wasn't too far from the metro which comes from the airport which was great.

Requires updating
Pros:

The hotel was quiet and staff very attentive. However our room had a hole in the wall and the balcony was the fire escape and had steps with an opening. Therefore not really a balcony. The pool areas requires updating and no place for sun loungers. Breakfast was repetitive so became a bit boring. But staff were accommodating. The hotel is near a very busy motorway and restaurant only opens for breakfast and lunch. Lots of cats...... Not good if you have a fear. Surroundings were relaxing. Was cleaned daily and nothing too much of a bother for the maids.

Exellent sejour
Pros:

It was an oasis in the busy city life
Pros:

Loved our stay in this hotel, ideal location for us. A big thank you to Kaan Emre Seker, who made our stay very comfortable and welcome. He speaks fluently English, what is pretty special for Istanbul ;)
We had some medical treatment done and he made sure that we were ok.
