Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Please note that the Novotel Berrini restaurant is currently serving only breakfast. The restaurant will be closed for lunch, dinner and room service during April 2021.

Confortável e bem localizado
Pros:

O hotel é bonito, limpo, confortável e bem localizado, O café da manhã é ótimo e bem variado, tem até espumante diariamente. Recomendo e ficarei nele outras vezes.

Cons:

A cama e os travesseiros não são tão confortáveis para o meu gosto, mas são ok. Passei 5 noites nele e dormi mal nos primeiros dias, mas faz parte.
O café vai até às 10h durante a semana. Cheguei 09:40h no último dia e já quase não tinham ovos mexidos e outros itens já tinham acabado.

Excellent option
Pros:

Very close to US embassy, reason why I travelled to São Paulo. Staff was great and supportive all time.

Cons:

Não ter serviço de valet . O carro fica num estacionamento muito longe. Ridículo. Parece q é outro prédio.
A parte do chuveiro não tem porta e cai toda a água fora, molhando a área da pia.
