Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

A cama e travesseiros são confortáveis, decoração em geral do quarto é nova. disponivel tábua e ferro de passar, amenidades (shampooe etc. ) de boa qualidade.

Cons:

O café da manhã estava abaixo do esperado. Mesmo com a opção de preparo personalizado de tapiocas ou omeletes, o preparo não foi bem realizado (tapioca estava crua, muito grossa, gerando muito desperdício).

Após chegar bem no hotel, tive uma ótima estadia.
Pros:

O atendimento foi perfeito, a qualidade de instalações idem. Excelente academia e sauna, em que pese não tenha utilizado, café da manhã bom, mas penso que pelo preço poderia ter mais opções. A localização por ser de fora e SP, achei um pouco perigosa nas ruas próximas, dá uma insegurança kkk para acessar o hotel, apenas isto.

Gostaria de avaliar positivamente a parte do atendimento, em especial Sr Luis e Sra Barbara, ambos da recepção. Foram extremamente educados, e tornaram nossa estadia mais feliz! Mas vale destacar também que todos os prestadores do hotel sao bem educados e atenciosos!!!

O conforto do Hotel está bem abaixo da relação preço x qualidade!! Camas com colchão ruins, travesseiros de baixa qualidade, toalhas velhas, etc!! Precisa urgentemente de troca completa do enxoval!! Com certeza não é uma hospedagem que voltaria por questão do conforto!!
