Good breakfast
Cons:
Missing in-room amenities (no hairdryer, fridge, kettle)

Unexpected extra charge for child's breakfast (reported once)

Categories

Cleanliness
8.2
Many reviews explicitly mention 'propre' / 'clean' and 'very clean' rooms, but isolated but significant issues (presence of two cockroaches, at least one report of an unmade room and shower flooding in a PMR room) reduce the score slightly.
Service
8.3
Several guests praised friendly, available staff at reception, but there are notable negative reports: language barrier/unwillingness to help in one case, an unexpected child breakfast surcharge and a complaint about minimal service. Mixed but generally competent.
Location
9
Multiple mentions of convenient location for stopovers, proximity to an Italian restaurant, bakery and supermarket, and useful for visiting Annecy; parking praised. Location is a clear strength.
Room Quality
8.9
Many guests reported comfortable beds, good soundproofing and clean rooms; some rooms are small, an extra bed was uncomfortable for one guest, and layout issues (sink near bed, shower flooding in PMR room) lower the score slightly.
Amenities
7.6
Free and functional parking is noted positively, but several reviews cite missing amenities (no hairdryer, no fridge to chill drinks, no kettle) and describe the hotel as providing only minimal service, which reduces this rating.
Value for Money
8
Many comments state the hotel is 'priced right' or 'excellent rapport qualité/prix', but at least one guest found the price (160 €) too high for an ibis budget, producing a balanced, slightly-above-average score.
Food and Beverage
9
Breakfast receives repeated praise for variety and quality; on-site restaurant is appreciated. One complaint about being charged extra for a child's breakfast is noted but does not outweigh generally positive feedback.
Overall Experience
9
The overall tone across many reviews is very positive ('Super hotel', 'séjour agréable', repeat bookings), with accommodations described as clean, quiet and comfortable; isolated negatives do not dominate the overall impression.

Pros:
