My recent stay at Apna Colombo was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail was truly remarkable. The staff welcomed us warmly and ensured every aspect of our stay was handled with the utmost care and efficiency.
The rooms were impeccably maintained, beautifully designed, and offered a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and elegance. Every detail from the quality of the furnishings to the cleanliness and ambiance reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The atmosphere throughout the property was sophisticated yet incredibly relaxing.
What stood out the most was the outstanding service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, always attentive, courteous, and genuinely caring. The dining experience was equally impressive, with exceptional cuisine, beautifully presented dishes, and excellent service.

Hair on floor - cleaner could wear a hair net
Very hospitable staff and have accommodated all the requests.
Water pressure on level 4 is not the best
The owner was cheerful, helpful and ready to assist you if needed. ( He offered to sort the trains out for us as some were still closed due to the Cyclone).
The owner showed us a kitchen and dining area on our floor that we were welcome to use. But, every draw and cupboard was empty. Falling apart with no cutlery, plates or anything.

The maneger is look like policeman. he is not good for the business...he is like devil....he is like only foreigners. My idea is he need retire...
Manager and all the staff is friendly. Conveniently located closer to the Colombo city. Deluxe suit is very spacious and view from balcony is spectacular.
Nothing to mention
Big, spacious rooms with leafy outlook and the call of varied birds.
Sri Lankan breakfast was very tasty and served in the dining room and lounge adjacent to our room. Felt like a home.
Very little to say but maybe a bit of crockery and cutlery in the kitchen could be handy.
But I just asked for a knife to cut up fruit and the staff were very helpful.
