Ok for short stay
Pros:

Clean , big shower , close to airport , nice staff

Cons:

Small rooms , little space around the bed , electric socket just on one side of bed , problems with log to WiFi

Location perfect, amenities clean & as expected for cost. Staff very helpful & kind. Will be back.
Pros:

Basic room amenities were as expected based on the reasonable price. Unlimited hot/cold drinking water too. The location was perfect, just across Parqal, and a few minutes away (by car) from SMX, where my convention was located.

Cons:

I stayed for 5 days/4 nights. The free internet connection was consistently poor. I don't get offering free internet connection but it's poor. Why offer it at all? Just charge for good internet connection for all rooms instead; include it in the room fee.

Good value for money! Consider parking rules flexibility, and plan for potential wifi challenges.
Pros:

I like the overall stay: Good location (near 7-11, walkable distance to nearby mall), clean, professional and safe surroundings. The hotel itself has clean facilities, cool air conditioning, responsive, helpful and respectful staff.

Cons:

1) parking at first come first served (even if checked in at 5 nights)
- can consider length of stay for flexibility in policies
2) wifi disruption on Thursday afternoon until Friday, i had critical online meetings that time, I just used my personal data.
- could consider plan B if PLDT (or any server the hotel subscribes to) fails.
3) long queue in elevators
- consider service elevator for staff for high traffic period.
