Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel in occasione del Gran Premio di MotoGP del Mugello. Hanno annullato la prenotazione all’ultimo momento, la mattina stessa della partenza. Persone del posto ci hanno riferito che sono soliti comportarsi così nei periodi di grande affluenza. Sconsigliato.

L’hotel è molto comodo infatti in cinque/ dieci minuti eravamo in centro. A noi è piaciuta anche a colazione!

The staff is racism!!

We arrived there early and asked whether we can part there first and later check in. Even though the parking spot is completely free. The staff refused and said only can park at 2pm.

The staff cannot speak English and the attitude was really unfriendly and without any patience.
