Perfect stay for family with kids.
Pros:

Perfect location, super friendly staff, amazing amenities and the room for kids is a plus. Super family friendly. My son loved the small house inside of the room. They even had games for kids in the room.

Die Erwartungen an das Hotel wurden erfüllt.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, leider lange Wartezeiten. Die Lage war für unsere Vorhaben optimal.

Cons:

1* kein Zimmerservice. Wir haben um 9:00 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen und waren um 15:00 Uhr zurück.
Es war kein Zimmer gemacht.

Die Dekoration überall ist so interessant. Überall gibt es was zu gucken.

Cons:

Der Weckservice hat nicht funktioniert .
An der Bar gab es keinen Bailley .

Pros:

Das Zimmer und die Lage sind super. Man kann Fahrräder mieten (normale, E-Bikes, Lastenfahrräder) zu guten Preisen.

Cons:

Cocktails fanden wir preislich eher teuer und klein

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem schönen Hotel.
Pros:

Gute Lage an der Speicherstadt, gute Verkehrsanbindung, schönes Zimmer, schöner Dachgarten, sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn ein Fläschchen Wasser bei Ankunft im Zimmer gestanden hätte oder eine Möglichkeit bestanden hätte, sich einen Kaffee zu machen. Tassen standen da.
Frühstückspreis mit 26,50€ relativ hoch, da wir wenig Frühstücken haben wir es nicht ausprobiert.
