A nice adventure experiencing something slightly different
Pros:

Found it interesting living in a typical wooden jungle dwelling with upscale feel. Love the golf cart transportation when you were tired of walking, the beaches were excellent.

Cons:

Thought the value for the price was slightly high. The food in the restaurant was just OK.

Pros:

The location is really beautiful

Cons:

It isn't really a hotel. We had a timeshare cabin which hadn't been properly cleaned. It could have done with mosquito nets as we got badly bitten. We had to wait approximately long time to be taken to one part of the resort to another.
The staff seemed sweet but a couple were pushing for tips too much. Its too expensive for what it is and not a 5 star hotel by ant stretch of the imagination.

Unspoiled paradise with upscale villas.
Pros:

Amazingly beautiful location, wildlife (sloths, monkeys, parrots, red frogs every day), chill vibe, gorgeous beach, nice pool, friendly staff, gorgeous villa with a private pool, no car traffic (carts only). The canopy tour was also amazing. Truly one of the best vacations of my life.

Cons:

I love how secluded it is, just wished I knew to bring more cash (all tips and some purchases were cash) and more groceries with us to the island. A quick trip to Bocas Town took care of it. Not a lot of variety of restaurants, but well worth it for the peace and privacy and we enjoyed cooking some meals for ourselves.

Wonderful family stay in a stunning natural setting
Pros:

Red Frog Beach Island Resort was a wonderful experience for our family. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the beach is absolutely wonderful. Our jungle bungalow was large, well equipped, and beautifully immersed in nature, which made the experience even more special. We also loved the excursions, which added a lot to our stay. The staff were very friendly and helped create a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit.

I’d definitely recommend renting a golf cart, as it makes getting around the resort much easier and more enjoyable. Trips to Bocas for dinner or a visit are also fun and easy to organize from the resort, just keep in mind the additional cost.

Cons:

One area that could be improved is the restaurant at the Rosa Beach Club. The food quality and variety could be better, and the service was sometimes slower than expected.

Bellissimo
Pros:

Il resort è veramente stupendo. Abbiamo alloggiato in una villa con vista magnifica sull'oceano circondati dalla natura. Villa con camere spaziose e confortevoli, climatizzatore e lavatrice.
Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Non abbiamo potuto noleggiare un caddy perché erano tutti già riservati, ma chiamando alla reception abbiamo sempre potuto ottenere un passaggion dal caddy dell'hotel per spostarci nel resort che è veramente grande.

Cons:

Il mosaico della piscina era rotto, i nostri bambini si sono tagliati i piedi più volte. Bisognerebbe farlo riparare.
Padelle in pessimo stato, da sostituire.
Ristorante in loco con poca scelta, ma con il caddy ci si può far accompagnare nei ristoranti vicini per variare.

Walk to Polo Beach

Cons:

- villas are very dark, MacMansion-y, we didn't want to hang around there and didn't look forward to sleeping there
- the grounds are huge so you always need carts, who never come fast as they say. After dinner at the nearby restaurant we had to wait 30mn
- The main beach is not enjoyable.
- pool area crammed and noisy. No towels but the staff didn't call for new ones when informed.
- Staff low quality at restaurant, pool bar, entrance...
Clearly not a 5 star and clearly disappointing.

Fantastic fun jungle resort!
Pros:

The entire compound was great. We enjoyed several activities, including the beach, canopy tour and our private pool. The staff operating the canopy tour were fantastic! Walking the grounds we saw sloths, monkeys and red frogs. All staff were friendly and helpful; loved the cart transport drivers. Breakfast was spectacular. Communication with receptionist desk was very good. All questions were answered immediately.

Three days in paradise.
Pros:

Not the usual type of resort like for example Sofitel, Four Seasons etc, but a collection of serviced private villas instead. The one we got allocated felt like a palace (just two of us) and the staff were very welcoming. The beach by the Beach Club is stunning. It’s also a short walk from the next resort, which has a fantastic restaurant (there is no restaurant at Red Frog, only some food at the Beach Club)

Cons:

Trying to communicate through Booking.com or email or their own customer portal prior arrival was extremely frustrating due to the lack of response.
