Administratif à améliorer
Quelques semaines avant notre arrivées (8 personnes) l'hôtel m'a demandé par courriel, les coordonnées complètes de mes amis avant notre arrivée.Cela n'as servi à rien, on nous a demandé à tous de remplir à nouveau toutes les informations par écrit sur un formulaire complémentent passé au Typex !!
Lors de notre départ, la personne de la réception à demandé le paiement de sa chambre à un de mes amis, ce qui avait été fait 4 jours avant en débitant ma carte de crédit.
Restaurant
Bon repas mais avec longue attente malgré l'occupation très moyenne, des sauces sont arrivées très longtemps après le début du repas.
Je reviendrai malgré tout dans votre magnifique hôtel, mais un minimum amélioration administratif serait souhaitable.

Nice facility, renovate from a factory, very special. Quite environment as well.

Cons:

Front desk feels unprofessional, during check-out, we would like to get invoice, waiting for 15 mins but the employee is still on the phone. We have to leave for next appointment and agree that they can send us invoice via Email. The contact way and request is noted on the paper by front desk. Until now, no feedback received, communication via booking channel is also ignored by Hotel.

Modern und sehr angenehm in St. Georgen
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt- nach meiner Einschätzung - sehr zentral in St. Georgen. Es ist, so meine Informationen, aus dem Umbau eines Firmengebäudes entstanden, etwas industrial chick hat man einfließen lassen.
Mein 2-Bett-Zimmer (zur nicht so ganz ruhigen Hauptstraße, aber es gibt gute und schallisolierende Fenster) war großzügig, funktional eingerichtet, mit einer sehr großen Dusche, und - hurra- richtigen Kleiderschränken.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war bestens,
Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit viel Potential nach oben
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr, sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich, man hatte jedoch den Eindruck, dass alle Anfänger waren, was zunächst einmal nicht schlimm ist. Um jedoch einen professionellen Eindruck zu machen, sollte immer auch eine gut ausgebildete Fachkraft vor Ort sein.

Cons:

Die sehr enge Zusammenstellung der Tische beim Abendessen und Frühstück. Ich denke, dass ging anderen Gästen ganz genauso.
