Pros:

Cons:

Leider das mit Abstand enttäuschendste Hotel auf unserer Island-Rundreise. Für den vergleichsweise hohen Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet. Wir erhielten eines der Zimmer mit Blick auf die Strasse und trampelnden Kindern im Obergeschoss um 7:30 Uhr morgens und bis 23:30 Uhr abends. (Hier hat uns die Rezeption auf Anfrage hin freundlicherweise geholfen und die Gäste auf deren Lärm hingewiesen.) Das Hotel ist sehr ringhörig. Ausserdem waren die Betten ziemlich hart und auch nicht als Doppelbett geeignet. Der Spalt in der Mitte des Betts war sehr unbequem, für ein Paar nicht angenehm und nicht als Doppelbett zu verstehen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eingeschränkt, wir waren 9:30 Uhr dort und 2 Minuten vor Ende der Frühstückszeit (09:58 Uhr) begann das Küchenteam bereits alles zusammenzuräumen, sodass wir unser Frühstück mit klirrenden Geschirr-Geräuschen und anderem Lärm beenden durften. Ausserdem sassen waren wir um 10:15 noch dabei, unser Frühstück zu beenden und wurden vom Kellner unterbrochen, da er unsere halb-vollen Teller abräumen wollte.

Die öffentlichen Lobby-Toiletten waren teilweise nicht sauber.

Beim auschecken wurden wir vom Personal nicht gefragt, wie unser Aufenthalt war.

Es muy lindo calientito, muy limpio iene áreas de juegos, el restaurante es excelente el desayuno bastante bueno. Me encantó!

Highly recommend
Pros:

The staff were friendly and genuinely cared about being helpful. The hotel has a modern scandinavian decor that was cozy and comfortable. Exceptionally clean throughout. Happy hour drink, Pink Lady was divine! Bar tender was so sweet and skilled.

Cons:

There’s not an area close to the entrance to load/unload luggage and I didn’t see a handicap accessible ramp so rolling luggage up and down and over the curb was a bit difficult.

Uno de los mejores alojamientos del viaje a Islandia.
Pros:

Las vistas tanto de la habitación como del comedor del restaurante.

Cons:

Los precios en la zona son algo elevados por la escasez de oferta. Entiendo que es un país con el nivel de vida alto y la ley de la oferta y la demanda. Ojalá en un futuro haya más oferta pero el hotel está muy, muy bien.

Disappointing - didn't meet with expectation, not value for money
Pros:

Hot drink provision in room were good. Welcome treat waiting in room.

Cons:

Room was small, no ironing facilities in room or hotel. Breakfast quality of hot buffet wasn't great and the coffee machine was broken.

Hotel in centro a Vik , bello, funzionale, camere ampie pulite, ristorante in loco, menù ristretto come spesso in Islanda. Prezzo da Islanda !

Cons:

La temperatura al ristorante era troppo bassa, ho visto persone mangiare con la giacca di piume 100 grammi!
