Localização ótima, funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, quartos espaçosos, café da manhã ótimo .

Cons:

Fomos muito infelizes no quarto que nos deram . Primeiro o hotel NÃO tem nenhuma proteção acústica. Ficamos em um quarto voltado para a rua e foi IMPOSSÍVEL dormir por causa do barulho dos carros que pareciam estar dentro do quarto .
O hotel NÃO cuida da manutenção do hotel . A maçaneta do quarto saía na nossa mão, 2 luzes do teto simplesmente não apagavam e o vaso sanitário entupiu . E segundo os funcionários, o entupimento do banheiro deste quarto é recorrente o que mostra a falta de cuidado da gerência do hotel .

Pros:

Localização excelente, porem devido as obras de novos prédios no entorno, o barulho incomodou.

Cons:

Quarto no 3º andar de escadas e falta de tomadas no quarto, só tinha uma e fica perto da porta de entrada, longe da cabeceira da cama.
