Alt fra start hvor vi kommer med taxa og der straks kommer en ud og hjælper med tasker og navigering til reception mm.
Vi kom før check-in tid, men fik heldigvis lov til at komme op på værelset før tid - fantastisk service.
Da vi checker ud dagen efter kl. 12, var der stadig 7 timer til flyet gik, så vi fik lov at ligge kufferter på hotellet, så vi kunne nyde byen og hente dem inden vi tog i lufthavnen.
Generelt et fantastisk hotel med endnu bedre personale - uagtet hvem man snakker med af dem.

We absolutely loved our stay in Vancouver, and the EXchange Hotel exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. A special thank you to Jay, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable.
The hotel's location was perfect for our trip to the FIFA World Cup, with Granville Street and the stadium both within easy walking distance. Our room was beautiful, larger and even better than we had expected, and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the spacious, bright bathroom was another highlight.
We would love to return to Vancouver, and when we do, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at the EXchange Hotel again. Highly recommended!

The property is the site of the former Vancouver Stock Exchange and was beautiful. Staff were friendly. We were able to walk to subways.
