Very nice and clean hotel. The restaurant Hydra is beautiful and served excellent breakfast. The staff was very helpful and friendly . Also great location!

Room was smaller than I.expected. Room service delivery person wouldn't leave the room until I had added extra gratuity in addition to the mandatory 18% already added to the bill.

We found something in our bed but the front desk remedied very quickly.
Hotel was clean, had great amenities, great staff and service very accommodating and fantastic location. The room came with free breakfast and the breakfast itself was fantastic.

Great location for cruise line and central. Lovely, clean, modern and room was spotless. Loved the in room e-pad for information. Friendly and helpful staff.
In room dining menu... pics are for illustration only but completely different dishes for some so very confusing if you're trying to try something new. It does state this on the menu to be fair, however one would expect it to be at least related to the dish.
Have to go via the desk to swap your room card for the gym pass everytime.
Poor shower *they are focusing on environment however this leaves a very disappointing shower.
