Pros:

La calidad del personal excelente pero demaciado ruido externo desde las 5 am y por lo general uno va a descansar un poco

Cons:

El ruido en los pasillos desde muy temprano todo se escucha puertas que tiran personal que hablan desde muy madrugada

Buena ubicación, cerca a La Embajada Americana, habitaciones relativamente cómodas y limpias, se descansa bien, el precio es bueno teniendo en cuenta que te incluyen el desayuno que aunque no es muy variado, es bueno.

Cons:

El servicio al cliente, como recomendación, podrían capacitar más al personal en cuanto al servicio al cliente, en ocasiones parecen molestos y responden de forma descortés, sentimos en nuestra estadía que las necesidades del huésped no son importantes, finalmente el sitio puede ser bueno pero como te hayas sentido es lo que define si regresas o no. Personalmente no me hospedaría allí nuevamente.

Cons:

La persona que estaba en la recepción le faltó atención al recibirme. Soy una mujer sola con una maleta un poco pesada y ni me pregunto si necesitaba ayudaba para subir la maleta al segundo piso donde no había ascensor.

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena ya que está en un sector que nos quedaba relativamente cerca de los sitios en dónde fuimos, la verdad que al turista le sirve mucho para poder moverse mucho mejor

No lo coloco como punto negativo, pero si a mejorar, el desayuno está bueno pero hace falta por lo menos una bebida fría, cómo por ejemplo, un jugo de naranja, porque lo que tienen son bebidas calientes, café y chocolate. También pueden mejorar la oferta de carbohidratos sobretodo cuando la estadía son más de dos o tres días
En cuanto a la señal de televisión sería muy bueno que mejoren las plataformas y operadores de televisión, esto está deficiente

No había muchas opciones en el desayuno, no ofrecieron huevos fritos que es lo que más me gusta en los desayunos,,cereales es buena opción también..
