Хорошее расположение, близко к центру. Наличие парковки.

Cons:

Завышенная цена. Заезд на парковку и выезд с нее очень трудный. Карты Google показывают неправильный путь, поэтому мы бы порекомендовали хозяевам указывать при бронировании или сообщать после самый удобный и безопасный из вариантов.
Не понравился санузел. В душе не было занавески и вода заливала весь пол.
