Ottimo family hotel! Super consigliato.. unica cosa è da verificare però l’ubicazione della stanza: senza ascensore port
Pros:

La varietà degli spazi era considerevole. Si poteva mangiare dentro all’hotel, in riva al fiume, in mezzo al verde o in una saletta separata con giochi per bambini. Avendo una bimba ho apprezzato molto il parchetto giochi, le piscine (in particolare quella per bimbi) e la grandezza delle stanze.

Cons:

Bisognerebbe specificare che per accedere alle camere è necessario fare le scale, perché se non specificato io mi aspetto un ascensore. Soprattutto per i bagagli

Cons:

Avevo prenotato una camera e invece sono stata alloggiata in un bungalow in una zona camper. Per raggiungere l'hotel dovevo attraversare una strada con molto traffico e purtroppo questo rumore di macchine si sentiva anche la notte e non si poteva dormire.
Nel bungalow non c'era l'asciugacapelli ho chiesto in reception ma mi hanno risposto che siccome avevo prenotato solo per una notte non valeva la pena darmi il phon.
Il pranzo secondo me e' un po costoso con camerieri che spesso si dimenticavano di portarci quanto richiesto.

Pros:

Kamer is basic maar goed voor de nacht die we verblijven. Heel fijn met zwembad erbij. Goed eten in restaurant en heerlijk met veel speelmogelijkheden voor kinderen. In avond veel lokale gasten ook die voor diner kwamen. Mooi uitzicht ook over het water.

Cons:

Personeel is niet heel vriendelijk. Vooraf was eerder inchecken bevestigd (dag van te voren nog) maar bij aankomst bleek dit toch niet zo te zijn.
Stopcontacten zitten volledig los uit de muur, niet veilig en zeker niet met kinderen.
Toiletten bij zwembad dienen ook nodig opgeknapt te worden, erg verouderd en stuk

Mittelmäßiges Hotel mit toller Lage
Pros:

Windervolle Lage am See und leckeres Essen im Restaurant

Cons:

- unfreundliches Personal an der Rezeption ( die auch gerne nicht besetzt war und man jemanden aktiv suchen musste)
- Betten waren extrem durchgelegen und es war sehr hellhörig
- Sind sogar ein Tag vorher abgereist.

Cadre très agréable, avec parking, piscine, au calme, à proximité de Schoder, propice à différentes excursions (lac de Schoder, Valbona, Koman, ...).
Personnel très agréable

Cons:

Un peu chiche au niveau des équipements et léger au niveau du ménage.

çok beğendik, herkes güleryüzlü yardımseverdi. biz fotoğraflarda eski bir oda görmüştük fakat odamız yeni ve oldukça temizdi. çok rahattı tüm ihtiyaçlar vardı. Karadağ geçişine çok yakın olduğu için tercih ettik. havuzu da varmıs gidince öğrendik. kahvaltıları da güzeldi

Pros:

Grand complexe avec restaurant jeux pour enfant piscine les chambres on était refaite elle sont propre et jolies on mange très bien au restaurant

Cons:

La piscine des enfants était a l ombres et non chauffé l eau est très froide.
Malheureusement nous sommes venu un moment où je pense la pompe de la piscine était en panne ( des equipes travailler dessus ) du coup nous n' avons pas pu profitez de l autre piscine car très sale

Cons:

Lėtokas WiFi. Takeliai nudergti žasų kurios laisvai vaikšto po teritoriją. Truputis buvo nesusipratimų su lovomis, bet viskas buvo išspręsta.
