Wunderschöne Hotelanlage
Pros:

Das Frühstück und auch das Abdndessen waren hervorragend. Das Hotelareal ist sehr schön, mit vielen freilaufenden Tieren, die meisten davon auch mit Nachwuchs. Schöner Pool und alles sehr gepflegt. Das Zimmer war gross und ausgesprochen komfortabel. Schöne Sicht auf die Burgruine gegenüber dem Fluss. Einfach zu erreichen mit dem Auto. Wir hatten sogar eine Whirlpool-Badewanne im Zimmer.

Cons:

Abzug gibt es eigentlich vor allem für die Klimaanlage, welche nur die Luft umwälzte aber nicht kühlte... da lief irgendetwas nicht richtig. Bei 35 Grad nicht gerade angenehm.

İlk gün çok iyidi yemekler ve çalışanlar süperdi ama sonraki gün restoran bölümündeki 1 garson tüm yemeği mahvetti o kadar sert bakıyordu ki sanki büyük bir derdi vardı

Viel Potential nach oben
Pros:

Die Lage am Fluß war super schön und auch die Einrichtung war okay.

Cons:

Was mich persönlich sehr gestört hat war das Frühstück. Die Tische waren mit Papiertischdecken überzogen, um den Kaffeeautomat musste man sich selbst kümmern, also Milch nachschütten, Wasser auffüllen, Tester leeren. Aber ein absolutes NO Go... es gab NUR Pappbecher, um den Kaffee zu trinken. In einem Hotel! Geht gar nicht. Die Herren vom Thekenpersonal standen mit dem Handy in der Hand hinter der Theke und waren völlig entnervt, als ich nach einer richtigen Kaffeetasse verlangt habe. Also in meinen Augen schlechtes Benehmen, nicht serviceorientiert, mit viel Luft nach oben. Vom Schwimmbad und den steilen Treppen zur Rezeption ganz zu schweigen.

Cons:

Il check in è stato posticipato di un'ora. Poi ci hanno dato una stanza con 2 letti divisi! Abbiamo chiesto di darci la stanza promessa durante la prenotazione ed infine ci è stata assegnata. !

Les touristes doivent rester attractif pendant le payement sur place.
