Pros:

人員服務很棒,附近有CP值很高的24H超市賣場,買東西超方便。
也有傳統市場,可以買到好吃的日本國產黑毛和牛肉回來料理。步行2分鐘就有公車站。房間很乾淨,床很軟。

雖然沒有離地鐵特別近，但去藥院站還算方便。每天都能透過留言板填寫需要的備品，像衣架、洗衣精等很貼心。 第一晚拿到疑似故障的吹風機，風量超小，但隔天留言後馬上就協助更換，處理很有效率。櫃檯人員親切，英文溝通也沒問題。

有洗衣機很棒，而且浴室的烘乾設施很好
衣服洗了可以很快乾

遊び場所からも近く利用しやすい！

麻雀虽小五脏俱全
Pros:

房间干净实用。 距离千代鼎厅地铁口要走10分钟，距离大超市走十分钟，门口对着马路，要上15个台阶才能开大门进去，才有电梯上楼。

Cons:

房间小两人睡感觉床铺窄，没有寄存行李，提前到要另外付费才能入住。

一切都很好, 可惜床太軟
Pros:

兩人入住, 兩個行李箱, 空間使用上非常剛好°
入口有落塵區跟掛衣鞋區, 有流理台還有下廚區, 非常方便°
鍋子、餐盤碗筷都有, 沒有油跟鹽, 有微波爐, 簡單下廚已經非常足夠用°
廁所跟浴室是同一個空間, 不太能同時使用, 不過還有一個流理台可以洗漱, 早上比較不會搶洗手台°
房內有洗衣機也有提供洗衣精, 配上廁所的乾燥功能, 衣服一天就能乾, 長住者非常方便°
房間有對河景的陽台, 早上對著風景喝咖啡, 超讚°
櫃檯入住手續很順利快速, 每房僅有一把鑰匙, 但是如果有人在房內, 外出者可直接從一樓按電鈴從房內控制開一樓門禁的大門°
住宿稅金在申請入住時收現金°
沒有房務整理, 但可以將垃圾及毛巾放在房門口, 每日會有收垃圾及毛巾更換°
櫃檯有會英文的服務員, 溝通上沒有問題°

Cons:

床墊對我來說真的太軟了, 枕頭也沒有支撐性, 我四個晚上都沒睡好, 導致大感冒°
不過這是我個人感受, 同房者完全不受影響每天都睡超好° 提供給認床或是硬床者考慮考慮°

麻雀雖小五藏俱全，大部分都沒什麼太大的問題，房間可以打開行李箱，附近就有公車站跟地鐵站，真的想要的話也可以走路去博多車站

Molta polvere in camera su porte, scaffali e armadio: in generale poco pulita. Dotazione della cucina insufficiente. Aprire la porta della camera è inutilmente complicato.
