Pros:

麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，但距離地鐵需要走一段路，但附近有公車站可以到博多站還算方便，走路五六分鐘也有一間24小時的超商，環境安靜，但以房間整潔度來說待加強，房間枕頭附近的檯子灰塵很多，床也比較軟

Perfect for a first stay in Japan
Pros:

The personnel were very helpful, and have a good English, so it was easy to speak with them. We arrived very early in the morning but they let us stock our luggage and even put them in the room before we checked-in. The beds were very comfy and the equipment very functional with a little balcony to dry our clothing.
5min by foot to the bus station and 20min to the train station or to the nearest shopping center. A Konbini around the corner and a view of the river, at 5-10min by foot from the hotel.
