Pros:

Poor maintained rooms, and no proper cleaned blankets. Those are dirty blankets and totally uncomfortable.

Cons:

Change the bed cover and blankets new once it reaches lifetime and to meet three star hotel this should be maintained properly. Basins and bathrooms are not maintained properly the pipes are almost broken conditions bottom of sink.

Also the staffs are really rude and not professionals.

reception staff attitude and behaviour. Restaurant food was below average. Only one bottle of drinking water was provided for a couple. No coffe kettle was available.

The receptionist at the front desk was amazing..Very friendly and co-operative....
It was an nice time to spend there...I would like to stay and choose the same hotel for better stay at Nagercoil....It was just amazing...

Breakfast should have more option and they must include spa and bar..
