It wasn't great. I would never go back but I was pretty satisfied about the location I guess.
Pros:

The location is very convenient and fancy. The hotel is facing a little park that has a Blue Bottle coffee shop which has a good atmosphere. Had my morning breakfast there. There's a convenient store right in front of the hotel entrance as well. It's in the middle of Shibuya, so, yeah great location.

Cons:

The bed are not comfortable, way too soft and bouncy. The rooms are VERY small, the carpet was dirty, the walls had marks. The rooms feel pretty old overall, and not that great looking.
