Pros:

Останахме много доволни, както от базата на хотела, така и от обслужването и храната. Стаите бяха чисти и редовно почиствани, Спа-то разполага с всичко нужно за качествено разпускане, храната беше вкусна и разнообразна, а не както на повечето места да се предлага всеки ден едно и също. Задължително ще го посетим пак!

По наблюденията ни от 3-дневния престой сервитьорите в ресторанта бяха на смени - един път само мъже, друг път само жени. Това правеше впечатление, тъй като докато мъжете отсервираха и приготвяха посудата по масите изключително безшумно и ненатрапчиво, при жените това беше съпроводено с едно шумно тракане на чинии и прибори, което е много неприятно за хора с малки бебета, които спят леко и лесно се стряскат. Всички бяха изключително любезни, но това ни направи лошо впечатление тъй като многократно бебето ни се събуждаше от шума.

many pools, saunas, steam baths facilities, additionally spa massages and facials available. breakfast and dinner included in the stay and provided a good buffet, but lunch was expensive ala carte. also we had to pay for drinks at dinner, even water, which was strange. overall we are happy with the stay -we had a variety of rooms from standard to apartments as we were a large family group.

Pros:

Великолепный персонал.
Идеальная чистота везде. Отель после ремонта.
Хорошая ежедневная уборка номоров.

Cons:

Еда скудная и однообразная.
Неприятно поразило, что на ужине надо покупать бутилированную воду.
Это уже даже не жадность, а жлобство.
Вот это испортило нам общее впечатление.

Закуската в хотела е еднообразна.Би било хубаво на да се предлагат прясно изпечени кроасани с пълнеж и без пълнеж,топли бротчета и земелки на закуска.На вечеря също беше една и съща храната.Може да се направи тематична българска вечер с типични български ястия.

Хотелът се рекламира като подходящ за семейства с деца, но нашето преживяване беше точно обратното. По време на престоя ни непрекъснато имаше забележки към децата – да бъдат тихи, да не играят, да не се пръскат с вода и да не скачат в басейна. Някои забележки идваха от други гости, а други – от персонала. В същото време няма обособена зона или басейн за деца, където те да могат спокойно да играят. Ако хотелът е насочен към гости, търсещи пълно спокойствие, това трябва ясно да бъде комуникирано, а не да се рекламира като подходящ за семейства с деца. За съжаление това беше първият и последният ни престой тук.
