Престоят ни беше приятен и релаксирахме напълно!
Pros:

Разположението на хотела, тишината, спа центъра и балнеолечебния център! Много отзивчив персонал, много добри специалисти в балнеолечението и физиотерапията!

Cons:

Качеството на предлаганата храна, особено на вечерите бюфети , не отговаряше на хотел 5*. Всички недоумявахме, защо при положение, че и в чешмите на хотела тече минерална вода, в ресторанта се предлага само бутилирана, която да си купиш за 2 евро.

Pros:

Базата е много приятна ,спа центъра е доста голям и добре подреден ,паркинга е достъчен за всичките автомобили.

Cons:

На НB база трябва задължително да има безплатна вода за вечеря а не да ни таксуват 6 евро бутилката. Чаша вино 8 евро....... ехооо къде се намирате

Pros:

Басейните и спа центъра много ни харесаха. Храната беше много вкусна и разнообразна. Синът ми беше много доволен от детският кът и в частност от аниматорката. Много я хареса и много се забавлява с нея.

Cons:

Матрака беше твърде мек и не достатъчо удобен.

Pros:

Беше чисто на всякъде. Храната беше вкусна и разнообразна. Това че има и боулинг, децата много се забавляваха.

Cons:

Беше ужасно топло в стаята. Не може да се контролира температурата и се налагаше да отваряме нощем през няколко часа , иначе не може да се спи.
