Pros:

So we got there, we have stayed a few times, maybe 4 - we travel alot. The staff member " Kendoll " was exceptional, polite, made us feel welcome and as usual very giod at her job. Brilliant service and we were made to feel very welcome. The room was brilliant amd very clean, the location was great amd as usual me and my family had a great time amd experience.

Would I? Yes I would stay again!
Pros:

Negatives
Dishwasher leaked, came home to a few litres of water on the floor

Housekeeping is a bit slack as the 2 bathrooms were left with only toilet the paper that was on the holder.

No breakfast or meals for people staying unlike the Mantra.

Positives
Lovely suit, very clean and neat. Beds were acceptable, free wifi, washing machine and dryer, bath in main bathroom and large shower in ensuite - walk out the establishment and there’s a huge choice of restaurants along with a very large shopping centre.

Pros:

Location was excellent next to the plaza and hospital.
Staff friendly and professional

Cons:

No daily linen service - was able to get clean towels at the front desk.
Bed wheels don’t have locks so bed moves around
