Very clean room, helpfull and kind taff, great location and features like free laundry option.
The location was amazing. Near the metro and a great area for eating and shopping, as well as a short walking distance to some historical sights. The onsen was fabulous, along with the nightly noodles and all-day popsicles!
The staff were nice, but I didn't interact with them much because they were on the second floor and I didn't go there often. The housekeeping team was SO lovely. They meticulously cleaned my room and were so friendly every time I saw them. I appreciate their attention to detail.
The bed! The bed was SO hard. I barely slept while I was there because the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were also awful. I was there for 4 nights. While I loved the onsen, the 1 hour I spent a night there did not make up for the many hours of abysmal sleep. I wish I could rate it higher, but as a hotel you really only have one thing to do and that's provide a comfortable night's sleep, which did not happen for me.
Also, the room was so small. I get that it's in a big city, but there was nowhere to put my clothes. I had to move the nightstand in order to have a place to put my clothes and then wheel my suitcase under the bathroom sink just to have a walking path. For 4 nights, it was not a comfortable stay and I would have stayed elsewhere if I could do it over again.

Stuff was nice. Good accommodations like welcome drink, late night ramen service, sauna and bath in the basement and free ice cream bar. I felt welcome to stay there.

Unfriendly hotel staff, apart from the lovely housekeeping staff. They were friendly, said good morning, looked after my room. Staggering that hotel reception staff can't smile, say hello, be helpful, be welcoming. It is your only job to do this for your customers, you know, foreigners that you seem to hate! Suggest you find another career path.
Absolutely disgusting stay. The 'spa' as they call it is just a dark room of hotness. Gross.
But mainly, it is the staff who ruin any and all experience you may like on a holiday - so just avoid.
Love the location. 3 mins walk from Jogno 3 ga station. Many places to eat. Plenty of convenience stores around. Enjoyed the free delicious ramen 2100 to 2330. Its rare to get a hotel who provides freebies such as ramen, vending machine drinks, probiotic drink and ice cream. Coin laundry also available. Washing machine is free but bring ur own detergent. Dryer cost ₩2000. Asked for extra pillow-no extra charge.
Everything is awesome.
Great hotel to explore nearby Insadong and its attractions as well as the royal palaces. The breakfast was just outstanding, best asian hotel breakfast buffet I ever had. The traditional onsen spa was very relaxing and clean. The staff was always very friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit small and the bed a bit hard.
The location is great with many main sights within walking distance. The room had everything I needed. The spa was very relaxing and there were not many people every time I went. It was really nice to have a washing machine available, and it worked without problems. The lobby and the hallways also feel very clean and I liked the general vibe a lot.
The mattress was a bit hard for me.

温泉の洗い場が混んでいた。温泉の水がなんだか濁っていてちょっと抵抗があった。
