Pros:

Приємний персонал, також гарний вид на місто особливо ввечері, чистота, концепція цікава

Cons:

Кондиціонер погано працює стукає щось в ньому прям сильно аж страшно, майже не охолоджує коли поставили мінімум по температурі вдень то всеодно жарко, все затерте подушки диван, з трьох тумбочок тільки одна з ручкою, ванна теж дуже вже хоче обновитись, загалом великий мінус що все старе і дуже давно не обновлювалось тим паче за таку ціну, цена качество просто мінус. Парковки від отеля немає але за територією ЖК якщо дуже постаратися то можна знайти паркомісце але тяжко особливо вечері.

Mediocre place to stay.
Pros:

Quite good but very small place to stay. Silent and comfort.

Cons:

Bathroom is extremely small, sink is tiny like in train. Magnet key to the house did not work properly, I had to call staff at 11PM to help enter. No windows in the room.
