Es fehlen funktionierende Sonnenschirme beim Pool

Emplacement au fond d’une rue donc très calme
À l’arrivée, notre chambre avait été attribuée à quelqu’un d’autre. On nous a donc surclassé pour la nuit, cependant on devait rester présent dans l’hôtel le lendemain pour faire le changement à 14h. Au final le lendemain on nous dit que c’est pas bon et qu’on va refaire une nuit comme ça. On a râlé car on ne pouvait pas défaire nos affaires comme on le voulait (séjour de 6 nuits). On nous a donc changé de chambre pour une chambre où la Clim ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a encore changé pour une chambre au rdc où la Clim fonctionnait, mais pas l’eau chaude ni la pression de l’eau. Quand on l’a signalé, le personnel a refusé de nous changer de chambre et a préféré nous donner la clé d’une chambre voisine juste pour la douche… résultat on a passé 6 jours avec 2 chambres sans raison (plutôt que de nous changer), pour aller se doucher dans une autre salle de bain… aucun sens.
Autrement à signaler : il n’y a pas de lumière naturelle dans les chambres, chaque vitre étant recouverte d’un film collant rouge dessus.
L’emplacement est ok, mais il faudra prendre un Tuktuk pour rejoindre le centre.
Nous avons passé 6 nuits dans une chambre spacieuse, confortable, et bien décorée.
Le rooftop piscine est génial, notamment pour des couchers de soleils magnifiques.
Le personnel est sympathique.
Toutes les fenêtres sont recouvertes d'un film opaque occultant, il n'y a donc pas de lumière naturelle. On peut entrouvrir les fenêtres et couper la clim...
L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre, 20-25 minutes à pied. Ça se fait bien malgré tout mais sinon, les tuk-tuk viennent facilement jusqu'à l'hôtel.
Quelques cafards.
Attention à bien vérifier que la chambre correspond à l'attendu dès l'arrivée, nos amis ont dû changer 3 fois de chambres.

The pool was nice, the staff were very nice. The breakfast was good. The wooden vibe was pretty. The AC worked.
I feel like the pictures here are much nicer than how it actually looks. But for the price I think that it was fine. The bathroom kind of smelled gross and the soaps in the bathroom the hotel provided looked moldy or old and smelled really bad. The TV barely worked. And there were staff telling me they hadn't been paid for 2 months of work. The management seems weird or sketchy.

Vraiment bien. Grandes chambres dans un style Khmer très agréable, belle salle de bain, et terrasse très agréable. Personnel adorable.
C'est vraiment près de tout en quelques minutes de scooter ou de tuk-tuk. Mais l'emplacement (très calme) n'est peut être pas idéal pour ceux qui veulent uniquement se déplacer à pied. Pour moi c'était toutefois parfait 👍

Room was perfect, clean and had ac for my son and I. The rooftop pool is fantastic for an evening swim. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day - eggs, fruit, coffee, juice.
The value is unbelievable and unbeatable. $1.50 tuk tuk into town.

Betten bequem, Zimmer sehr gross, Pool sauber und sehr gross. Wir waren meist allein am Abend. In der Nähe gute Restaurants, mehrere ATMs und ein Supermarkt. Eigentlich alles zu fuss in der Nähe. Frühstück ist ok, sind sehr bemüht.
Etwas hellhörig, Sauberkeit normaler Standard für kambodscha. Bemüht, aber im Bad kalkflecken, Ecken nicht sauber. War aber für uns absolut nicht schlimm.
