Pros:

Ich war für eine Nacht während meiner Dienstreise im Hotel. Ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter vor Ort. Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Beim Frühstück hat es auch an nichts gefehlt. Ich komme gern wieder.

Freundlicher Empfang noch spät am Abend.
Sehr sauberes und schönes Zimmer.
Ich habe mich dadurch direkt wohlgefühlt.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut. Auch hier war das Personal sehr freundlich.
Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Pros:

Very safe as use a key card for the lift and main entrance after 10pm. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Room immaculate and beds comfy. Beautiful views over the hills. Breakfast was excellent. Eggs made on request and everything you could wish for at the buffet. Lovely and quiet. Would recommend.

Elzach hat alles, aber es ist keine Großstadt.

The room is spacious, luxurious and has everything you could want in the kitchen and bathroom.

The region is gorgeous, it’s a quiet little town, away from the touristic business of Triberg. but close enough for day trips.

Cons:

The description stated the staff was multilingual, but we found out when calling and being in the hotel the staff only speaks German. This was a little barrier as our German is very basic and led to a few misunderstandings.

We didn’t like the pillows on the bed, very flat. if we could have changed one thing in the room it would be to upgrade one pair of chairs to a small sofa or relax seats that was the thing no we missed most.

We found it a bit odd to stay in a elderly home facility, but we didn’t finding any hinder in our plans.
