Good for short stays
Pros:

Location is key, breakfast was great, room was as expected. Parking available. They accept packages on your behalf.

Cons:

Staff told us two different things in relation to the package which had us very confused. The parking is ridiculously expensive. Our AC stopped working, called downstairs, they turned something on and it worked again but made a noise throughout the Night.

Pros:

The staff members were exceptionally professional from front of office, to cleaning and restaurant staff. Soundproif rooms and blackout curtains were excellent additions to a comfortable room. Breakfast was part of our deal- a wide range of selections were available.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and a perfect choice for families staying near Heathrow Terminal 4.
Pros:

The hotel is in a perfect location with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. It was very convenient for Heathrow Terminal 4, making our journey stress-free. We were traveling as a family with a toddler, and the hotel was comfortable and practical for our stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout. Overall, it was excellent value and we had a very pleasant experience.

Cons:

Nothing significant. Our stay was enjoyable, and everything met our expectations.
