The daily housekeeping staff was efficient & attentive . Breakfast was good .
The staff was rude . Specially a girl called Priyanka on the main reception . The room was very very small . Not at all like the one shown in picture where after opening the sofa cum bed there is still space . I am 6’1 and well built so for me the bed and bathroom were very small . The bathroom is claustrophobic. No ventilation at all.
Would not be returning again nor would recommend for a long stay as I stayed for 3 days and I feel this is one of the worst holiday inn I have ever stayed in .
Very convenient for the Airport
Could have been at any Holiday Inn around the world. Standard was consistent with all other places I have stayed. Plus location was very handy for what I needed.
Booking com had cancelled my booking so was a pain to check in as I wasn’t confirmed

Very convenient to public transportation. The entire facility was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very welcoming
There was very little that I didn’t like
Breakfast buffet was very nice , good quality and choice. Appreciated coffee machines in dinning and bar area free of charge. Friendly helpful efficient staff. Easy access, sky bridge from terminal 4 and underground transfer from other terminals.

It was not as clean as normal in the room. The table next to the arm chair didn't appear to have been wiped down and there was no bin liner on the bin. I've not noticed this before so on previous visits.
Personally, I'd prefer this table to not be in the room and would rather have the space for luggage.
