We actually stayed in the sister hotel Crown Plaza which has nicer rooms and a safe in the room (Holiday Inn does not). We increased our budget and it was worth it. Location is fantastic right next to the terminal.

Ease for getting all terminals. Clean and comfy rooms.
The 10 min drop off was an issue not only did it cost £7 but It took almost 10 mins just to check in so there was no time to move my bags to my room.

I thought it was well thought through design. I particularly liked that the iron and ironing board were so accessible. I was very impressed and would stay there again.

Not enough variation in the menu in the restaurant. No dairy free dishes available although the staff did advise some dishes could be made .
There is no where to safely walk outside the hotel for exercise and no exercise facility within the hotel.
It was so central to the terminal easy to find and breakfast was included
