The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly throughout my stay — Altaf in particular was very approachable and helpful.
Drinking water wasn’t provided in the rooms, so we had to rely on the lobby or restaurant for refills. The breakfast menu was the same every day, which becomes dull during a longer stay. While great for airport access, the hotel is quite far from central London and most major attractions, so travel time can be a drawback. Room Service was not available.
We stayed here the night before a morning flight from Heathrow because of the location. We really enjoyed the sitting areas on the main floor as we had time to spend. It was located near the bar and was comfortable. The room was fine and the bathroom was great with a large shower.
The room had some carpet stains and a place on the couch where mending was needed.

Unexpectedly long walk from the terminal (especially because I didn’t see the signs directing me down a different walkway). And too much staff clutter/carts in the hallways (trying to get around them with multiple suitcases was tough)
Convenient. Initially I got a room with an interconnecting door and could hear the neighbours. Requested ti change rooms which was accommodated straight away.
Looking a bit tired in the room.
