Totally disappointed that this was part of the Hilton Family.
Pros:

Coffee was okay.

Cons:

Bed was horrible. Room just didn't feel clean. Sofa was like sitting on a greasy rock. Zero water pressure in the shower. Inadequate lighting in the bathroom.

Cons:

Room #229 needs maintenance. Light on night table broken, did not work. USB port did not work. In addition, the light under the microwave did not work. Safety issue at night.

Underwhelming and overpriced for a highly rated hotel. Will not stay here again.

Good location. Right off 295.

Cons:

For a hotel with a rating of 80, this hotel was underwhelming and overpriced. Significant wear and tear. In need of a refresh. Also, our room had a dirty floor, bed only had 3 pillows for a king (we got an additional one from front desk), there should have been additional pillow/sheets for pullout couch.

We have stayed at other hotels in RI with lower rating in far better shape. Maybe the reviews are fake?

We’d stay there again.
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable. We loved having the couch, and the kitchen. It was more like a condo than a hotel room.

Cons:

My confirmation said the pool was closed, and it was not. One of the blinds in the room wasn’t working, but that is about it. The bed was comfy, but most hotel beds are nothing like home. A mattress topper would make all the difference.

I expected more from this place, as I been to other great same hotels different locations. The staff there was friendly
Pros:

Location was easy to find, food shops and gas close by.

Cons:

Staff not welcoming, phone answering did not know any information/answers to my questions. Was put on hold for long.

Check in was quick and easy

Cons:

Bathroom shower was dirty. Hair on wall when we got in.
Other guests were loud and partying beyond 11pm in hallway. Couldn't get anyone to help. They finally quieted down.
