Everyone was very accommodating. Especially Ms. Valerie. Room was spacious, clean, fresh coffee 24 hours, breakfast selection very good.
From the very first moment I walked in I was greeted with kindness and hospitality. The service here was exquisite and the hotel was clean and had EVERYTHING I wanted . The best part of the stay Ms. Valerie at the front desk she was an angel .

This morning, Valerie picked up right where he left off and finalized everything with ease. She made the process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming. You can tell she knows exactly what she’s doing and takes pride in helping guests.
Together, they turned what could’ve been a stressful situation into a great experience.

I just spent a week here for my daughter’s rugby tournament. Everything was great! Clean, friendly, what more can you ask for. The gym equipment was new and the gym was spacious. A special shout out to Valerie tayvion and Ameracle! We stayed at a different similarly priced hotel for last year and it was night and day!
I love Home 2 Suites and stay at this brand often, however the upkeep on this one falls short. First, the staff is wonderful: attentive and kind and the rooms are kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. Mine had a clogged sink upon arrival and a shower that dripped. A technician came the next day and resolved the sink issue, but nothing he could do about the drip. The shower had rust/mildew in the corners and as you stepped out you could see where they didn’t clean well enough around the inside of the toilet bowl. There are three hooks above the toilet and one had fallen off and not put back in. The kitchen utensils were odd numbers: 2 teaspoons, 3 tablespoons, 4 knives, 5 forks. The elevator button sticks in the lobby. Unless you know it’s supposed to turn red when pressed, you could stand there all day waiting. No one told me until someone walked up who knew. And the smell. There was a distinctive smell (not pleasant) as you entered. One of the elevators smelled like weed. The hallway was neutral but walking into my room the smell changed again. The beds are ok, but they had put a thin mattress topper over an old mattress and the bedding is marginal. One of the reasons I stay loyal to Hilton is consistently comfortable beds. This one let me down. Everything I encountered here were maintenance issues and could easily been resolved. As nice as the staff is, they seem reactive, not pro-active. Housekeeping could easily let management know about these issues while cleaning. My stay was OK, adequate and I didn’t sweat the small stuff. But as these small, repairable small things added up, it left a bad impression for me and overall was disappointed. Not a typical Hilton property stay for me.

We had a wonderful stay. We had Manager Tayvion during the day and Patrick during the evening and they were phenomenal! We did not catch the breakfast ladies name, but she was excellent as well. We will definitely be staying again if we come back to the area.
I was very surprised. this is nice and clean, large rooms, great staff with the exception of the night clerk who didn't seem to want to be there. Location is great. If you are looking for a place and are unsure..book here.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the great service of Tayvion Butler who went out of his way to accommodate myself and a colleague. Good hotel customer service is hard to come by today! The rooms here are extremely kept up and clean. Very happy with this hotel and we will stay here whenever we need this area again.

Very nice hotel. Modern, clean. My friend and I were fortunately able to check in after driving 8.5 hours to arrive in Brandon/Tampa. Staff was great, breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and organized! It was nice having a full-size fridge and microwave in the room; we ate out every night and had a way to store and warm up leftovers. Big shoutout to JT and Valerie at the front desk; it was great interacting with you two and seeing you both every time we entered or exited the hotel!
Great hotel! Peaceful, quiet and clean. Valerie and Tayvion were very helpful and got us checked in early because we arrived after getting off a cruise at 9am. If we are ever back in this area we will stay here again!!
Wifi connection was problematic
There’s nothing like returning to Home2 and being greeted by Valerie’s beautiful smile! We’ve repeatedly stayed here monthly since July when our grandson was born. The rooms are perfect, clean, quiet, accommodating and very comfortable. It feels like we’re in our own apartment. Valerie now knows our baby by name and that warms my heart every time! I would highly recommend staying here! Not to mention the location with Bass Pro, Skydiving experience and Dave and Busters next door it’s great!
Patrick and Valerie are always on top of everything. Very professional and courteous! The remodel is beautiful. Hotel is close to everything, dining, shopping, parks, and highway!
In town for a work trip, called ahead with a few questions and it was nice to speak to the actual hotel staff and they were kind. I believe I spoke to Valerie. Hotel is clean with a good breakfast with meat and eggs.
