The staff were all excellent, very friendly and helpful. The lobby, bar and rooms were really lovely and comfortable
The breakfast was chaotic, from what I could see everyone in the restaurant had to keep going up and down because the layout of the buffet was so bad. The knives and forks were at the back of the buffet, the butter and condiments in another location, juices in another. There was no flow and we never did find the napkins. The food was only so-so, it was edible but that’s all I can say
The room was well designed and had everything we needed. The lift was always available. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and all staff were pleasant and helpful.

Brilliant as always about 7th time of staying at this hotel. room always excellent. Staff great at check in and in the bar. unable to stay for breakfast due to early flight home. Public areas clean and very comfortable and even though the hotel was busy plenty of space to relax.
I liked the location as it was right next to the bus/train station. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and a waffle maker too.
The room had a lack of storage, there were no drawers to put even your underwear in.

Hotel was ideal, very clean, rooms are spacious enough and bed was comfortable. Aircon worked great & breakfast area was constantly clean and replenished. Staff were all very friendly.
Location is decent about 15 min walk from all major shops & approx 30 minute drive to titanic
