Saying many customers smoking exactly in the front of entrance door. With a hotel of this capacity you should plan to have a spot somewhere in the back of the hotel for smoking area
Also the breakfast bar is not very diversified and some food over and over again
Room spotless, staff delightful, great location.
To be fair, hotel is fantastic, rooms, staff etc but the restaurant was a bit of a let down. Evening menu, wasnt alot to choose from and what we did get was mediocre for that standard of hotel. Breakfast was not great either, the buffet fry, bacon looked and tasted like it had been cooked in deep fat fryer.

This hotel is in a great location near Grand Central Station and within walking distance of shops restaurants and bars
The hotel is clean and rooms have all you need for a short stay . Not plush but great value for money and well located
Lovely comfortable stay. Clean comfy rooms. Great breakfast. Welcoming and helpful staff. Hotel location excellent - very close to everything. All round good experience and I would recommend to others or stay again. Loved the halloween decorations to.
Nothing to dislike
The location was good, but I feel like they are relying on the good location to drop the quality on everything else. I can't believe how expensive it is for the quality
Everyone was having problems with the lift. The doors wouldn't close, sometimes the button to call it wouldn't work etc.
The beds in the rooms are uncomfortable and small. The bathroom door wouldn't close fully.
I had to call reception twice and was greeted with rudeness both times.
There was random banging noises during the night (sounded like maintenence work) and the fire alarm went off at 11am on one of the days. A worker in the hall informed that it was a drill but the alarm kept ringing for a very long time. Reception said we had to evacuate for the drill. Why not inform guests ahead of time if something like that is going to happen? I had just gotten out of the shower and it was extremely stressful.
Housekeeping also came at 08:05 in the morning one of the mornings. This is way too early.
The breakfast quality was pretty basic and low effort. The gym is small, so if two people are trying to use weights at the same time, it becomes difficult as there is only one bench.
I would not stay again for the price paid. For the quality, I would expect half the price being charged.

Close to transport links, restaurants & bars. Clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Staff were all very helpful and pleasant. It was everything you could want for a short stay.
