Lovely stay in the centre of Belfast.
Pros:

Lovely stay in Belfast city centre. The staff were exceptional, can't rate them enough.
The location is excellent, very close to the city centre and the botanical gardens. The train station is just up the road as well so easy to get to from the airport.
Breakfast was fantastic, loads of options. The evening meals were fantastic to. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike really.

Easy access to the city centre.
Staff were always smiling and helpful except when I upset the 2 female receptionists upon checking out because I wanted a printed invoice. They initially said that I could not have it because the payment had not been authorised.

Cons:

Rubber bouncing fried eggs at breakfast. Not enough choice of food. And anyway what was there was quite tasteless including the coffee or whatever it was..
I could not change the room conditioning on the first night because it was centrally controlled and at 0200 - no one was available to help.
Very little sleep on both nights.
I based the expected quality of the hotel on my recent Hampton by Hilton stay in Cambridge, UK.
The Belfast edition needs better light blocking / curtains in the dining and longe area.
There was no environmentally visual and physical relaxing area. There is no restaurant. the meals are clearly made to the cheapest possible price.
I liked the availability of food treats and snacks on the front desk.
The staff had a communication issue with me being permitted to submit all purchases on to my final bill. Sorted out but ...........
I should not have expected all Hampton by hilton hotels to have the same standards.
The staff were all great but li.ited by the facilities.

On the whole good
Pros:

Pros:

Location is great close to train station and centre of city.staff helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Dissapointed with breakfast.Good choices but eveything Lukewarm at best. Shame really as it would make such a difference.
