Basic hotel
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel
Ontbijt was vrij basic maar lekker.

Cons:

Confituur en choco voor de kinderen bij het ontbijt werden op de 4 dagen dat we er waren niet of nauwelijks aangevuld.
De keuze in het restaurant was vrij sober en ook wel vrij duur.
Het zetelbed voor de kinderen was vrij klein.

Buen hotel en belfast
Pros:

Todo lo que necesitas de un hotel,lo tienes.El desayuno fantastico y la ubicacion perfecta y te facilitan aparcamiento en los alrededores

Cons:

En nuestro baño no tragaba bien el plato de ducha,por lo tanto se lleno el plato y se mojo todo el suelo,tuvimos que poner toallas

Não podia ter melhor localização e excelente serviço
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, a uma curta caminhada da Estação Central de Belfast o que é muito conveniente para quem chega de comboio vindo de Dublin, mas também está a uma curta caminhada do Centro e do ponto de encontro para excursões de um dia (como a da Calçada dos Gigantes). O quarto é muito confortável, o pequeno almoço é muito variado e tem muita qualidade. Havia um recepcionista que estava a aprender a língua portuguesa e que falou connosco em português.

Great location for rail and bus travel and near to most services. Reception staff so pleasant and helpful hotel clean and quiet at night

Cons:

Felt there was a skimpyness about the tea and coffee making facilities only two teabags and no spoon also I had to request to have the room serviced on two occasions and then found it was poorly done.

Beautiful Room
Pros:

I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, comfort, and excellent service. The location was convenient, the room was comfortable and well maintained, and everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

The bed could have been more comfortable, as it was a bit firm and did not provide the level of comfort I expected.
