Die Baustellen rund um das Hotel. Dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts.
Estuve en la habitación 402 para discapacitados (no soy discapacitado) por ende el baño es amplio como para que entre bien una silla de rueda, supongo que cómodo si tenes alguna discapacidad motora, incluso al lado de la cama hay un boton para llamar a recepción en caso de emergencia. La cercania del hotel a las atracciones turísticas y al Belfast Grand Central donde salen los colectivos y los trenes es el fuerte del hotel, super cómodo.
Que haya alfombra en la habitación. Las toallas dejaban pelusas por toda la ropa... por ahí habría que cambiarlas o hacerles algún tratamiento. La pava eléctrica necesita también una buena limpieza. En el desayuno a hora pico hay que tratar de agarrar una mesa donde puedas y el espacio para servirse se vuelve chico. Tienen lugar para ampliar la zona para servirse el desayuno, creo que es cuestión de encontrarle la vuelta.

The matresses in beds were not comfortable.
Great welcome from staff on desk.Room clean and comfortable. Loved the high backed lounge chair. It would have been great to have a little stool to put feet up after long day shopping.
Took a little time to get the air-conditioning set up.
