Overall, a good experience.
Pros:

The staff was outstanding! Every single one was very accommodating and friendly. We had an issue with the commode in one of our rooms and it was address immediately! I asked where I might buy distilled water nearby, and they stated they had it and would bring it to me that no charge! What?!?! That was wonderful! Asked if my daughter, who was departing later than the rest of our family could leave her luggage with them while she continued to explore the city. They said "of course!" GREAT experience!

Cons:

One of the rooms was not ready when we checked in late afternoon. We were able to get into one of the rooms and drop everyone's luggage, but the other room wasn't ready for a few hours. Not a terrible event though. The only other item was the charge for parking.

It was a perfect place to stay. I would stay there again when I visit.
Pros:

It was close to bars, restaurants, shopping, recreation, and the water. It offered a free shuttle to and from the airport.

Pros:

The room was spacious, but there was a lot of noise from nearby construction work, which meant I got very little sleep as the work started early in the morning.
I also didn’t like the fact that a 4 star hotel does not provide daily housekeeping. Considering the price we paid, I believe this should be the minimum expected.
The room could also use better lighting, and the bed was only average in terms of comfort.
Apart from that, everything was fine, and the breakfast was good.
