Pros:

Location was amazing and staff were really accommodating, helpful and nice

Cons:

A single lift for the entire hotel.
Literally took 5 minutes at times to be able to get to the lobby/room.
The room design is extremely poor, with a tiny closet where only 2-3 clothes could be stored, and a large functional kitchen, which doesn't make sense for a hotel.

I requested some items Kleenex I was advised someone would bring it up an hour later no one came. I tried to call down to the front desk. The phone didn’t work so I had to walk down to the front desk I advise that no one brought the clinic and my phone in the room didn’t work. They said sorry 20 minutes later someone brought the Kleenex. At checkout, I gave the front desk clerk my ticket for parking for it to be validated parking was 20 minutes away from the hotel once I got there it wasn’t validated so I had to walk back walk back to the parking deck and pay double my price because it was over my time frame. Once I advise the front desk clerk she advised me I should have caught her sooner! Customer service is horrible here and I will be leaving a review on Google and the website because I shouldn’t have to pay $103 for their mistake! The phone in the room was a safety hazard. It did not work if my cell phone was dead and I needed assistance I was unable. The price I pay for the room it’s ridiculous when I got motel 6 service! Everything documented! HORRIBLE STAY!! Audio

יש לשים מכונת קפה עם קפסולות או קומקום שיהיה אפשר לעשות קפה רגיל. המזגן לא עבד. היו נחמדים ושמו לי מזגן נייד . המיטה רכה מדי . ארוחת בוקר לא טובה . הקפה גרוע, אין ממש אוכל בריא שם חוץ מחביתה ואולי יוגורט. אין ירקות, אין פירות.

Odlična lokacija in dober zajtrk.

Cons:

Prosila sem za sobo v zgornjem nadstropju, ker se v pritličju ne počutim dobro, pa mi ni bilo ugodeno. Ko mojim prijateljem ni delalo gretje, pa so bili brez težav premeščeni v višje nadstropje.

La struttura è a tre minuti a piedi da Times Square e a due passi dalla metropolitana ma non si sente alcun rumore dall'esterno. Camere pulite, seppur un po' piccole e nel mio caso provvista di angolo cottura completo di piastra a induzione, microonde e lavastoviglie. Colazione buona, prevalentemente salata, e varia. Possibilità di accedere a caffè e the 24/24. Per me è andato tutto bene, ritornerei sicuramente e lo consiglio.

Cons:

Per me non è stato un problema, anzi, ma l'hotel è piccolo e ha pochi piani (7, mi pare), quindi se cercate la vista panoramica dalla camera non è il posto per voi.

Nous avons réservé 3 chambres, sur l'une des chambres, il y avait une climatiseur portable avec un trou dans le mur. Après réclamation, ils nous ont changé 2 fois de chambre, la 2ème ne convenant toujours pas. Il nous a été annoncé qu'un geste commercial serait fait et que nous ne payerons pas la 1ère nuit. Lors du check-out, cette gratuité n'a pas été appliquée et il nous a été dit que la manager n'était pas disponible et pas joignable. L'arnaque quoi ! Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès de l'hôtel et sommes dans l'attente d'une réponse

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé. Une station de métro est juste à côté.
Le petit déjeuner est très correct. Café, déca, eau, eau chaude à volonté en bas dans le coin restaurant.
Nous étions deux et avons dormi dans un lit 180x200. Très confortable.
Le personnel est très gentil et toujours disponible.

Cons:

Pas beaucoup de tables pour le prendre le petit déjeuner. Mais il y a un salon où il est possible de le prendre.
Le ménage dans la chambre n'est pas vraiment bien fait tout les jours. Le lit oui par contre. Les serviettes sont changées tout les jours.
Moquette dans la chambre.
