Cons:

Due to changed circumstances I was forced to cancel the whole trip in the last minute, including 4 nights stay at this hotel, and go to emergency instead.
Despite the penalty for late cancellation was the cost of the 1st night at that moment, I did not get money for the rest of the nights back neither from hotel, nor from booking.
All initially planned period has been pre-paid.

Next day, when I contacted the hotel directly I was offered (seems by AI) to cancel the stay but at that time with already a 4-nights cost penalty.

Esperienza magnifica, ospitalità eccezionale, struttura da sogno

Accoglienza magnifica. Ada e Anna, le proprietarie dell’hotel, sono due persone splendide che si sono prese di noi con un’educazione e un’ospitalità inedite. L’albergo e estremamente carino, immerso nel verde, tenuto alla perfezione e con una SPA piccola ma a regola d’arte. Menzione d’onore per la colazione e le uova con speck… deliziose!
