The food selection was not good. Nothing to eat for lunch or dinner.
I booked this for my husbands birthday so we could do a quick weekend visit to Dallas. The price was good, the facilities were clean and up to date. Really nice quiet stay.
You have to pay for parking or find a spot on the street.
The breakfast is poor
I’d like to recognize Ada for her outstanding customer service. What stood out most was her attention to detail and her ability to truly listen. Whenever I had a concern, she took the time to understand the situation and quickly find a solution.
Ada’s professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Great hospitality is hard to find these days, and she truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Ada, for making my stay a much better experience.
My association had a home coming in this place. We rented the hall and signed a contract. Unfortunately the contract did not stand. Kendahl the sales rep. Swaped our money. We signed an agreement of $3160 for the event for 70 persons. But If the number of gust exceed 70 persons we will pay more. Unfortunately the number of our gust did not reach 50 persons of which in the agreement the hotel have the ability to adjust our payments/bill to lower our cost. But Kendahl went ahead took $5000 from our account claming that she did not see the initial deposit of $500. She added all her fees rounding the money to about 4700 and still did not return the balance.
I know the higher she bills us the more money she gets. But that idea is not healthy to the growth of the company. We signed a contract of 3160 but ended up paying 5k. Does it make sense? Does it worth it. Anyone who wants to use this place for an event should possibly stay away. Not recommended, u will regret it.
