Would recommend and stay again
Pros:

Great room and great breakfast. They checked us in late and coordinated our transportation. Held our bags for the day. They also allowed us to use the pool area after check out which was very nice.

Cons:

Our room keys did not work on the elevator well.

Pros:

El desayuno y la ubicación son excelentes. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas

Cons:

La atención del personal de recepción a la hora del check in . Poca amabilidad y no explicaron todas las ofertas que tenía el Hotel, por ejemplo no señalaron la posibilidad que tiene el hotel de ir a la playa, me iban a cobrar un valor superior al reservado en booking.

La eficiencia, sali a las 8:00 am y cuando regrese a las 4:30 pm. La habitación estaba sin arreglar. Me toco discutir para que procedieran a arreglarla, parecía como si yo no tuviera la razon

Un día en Santa Marta
Pros:

Es una cadena conocida, mismos hoteles que en Europa

Cons:

Desayuno con mucha variedad pero nada especial, zumo que no era natural, todo muy procesado. La piscina mucho más sucia de lo que se ve en las fotos así como los baños, algo viejos. En cuanto a ubicación está en el centro.
