La comodidad, la tranquilidad, la atención, la comida, la piscina, el café, y la ubicación en la ciudad .
En la ducha no hay forma de colocar algo propio dentro de ella, la fragancia del shampoo, el jabón y rinde no nos agradó.
Excelente ubicación, atención y espacios. El desayuno está bastante bien.
El equipo del restaurante se preocupa por ofrecer un buen servicio y prestos a solucionar cualquier inconveniente. Rápidos, prácticos y muy amables.
Cerca al malecón, una excelente zona para hospedarse.
El la esquina queda la Librería Rafael Pombo, con un café Brot, excelente espacio para leer o relajarse.
El único inconveniente es que el área de piscina no se puede disfrutar. El viento no hace posible ubicarse en esta zona ya que las bebidas se riegan y las cosas salen volando. Una zona muy fría. El gimnasio apretado.
La amabilidad y rapidez de la atención en la recepción. Check in bastante rápido y asignación de parqueadero sin problemas. Amabilidad del personal del restaurante y el desayuno fue variado
No me gustó que no hicieron aseo durante 2 días a pesas que dejamos la escarapela de hacer aseo, tocó llamar a la recepción directamente para que nos ayudaran con el aseo de la habitación y el baño.
Un desayuno tipo buffet muy surtido y con buen sabor.

El aseo de la habitación es malo, prometieron darnos acceso a playa cosas q nunca ocurrió, como un hotel de esta calidad no tiene playa? El personal de restaurante es grosero, el Gerente se sienta solo a mirar a la venta q tiene puesto pero no ayuda a nada en este tiempo un líder debe ser ejemplo no ser obstáculo más para los clientes es despectivo y mira mal a los huéspedes como si fuera superior pero no recuerda q nosotros somos los q pagamos
