Pros:

The room was pretty and clean, the location was great

Cons:

The room had absolutely no air conditioning, and there were not even any fans available. Staying in the room was almost impossible because of the extreme heat. When we asked to be moved to a lower floor or to a room on a less sunny side of the building, we were told that it was not possible, even though it was clear that the hotel was only half full.

The temperature in the rooms was above 30°C, and for the price we paid per night, this was completely unacceptable. The worst part was that there was no real solution offered and no way to make the situation more comfortable.

The breakfast area was also unbearably hot because there was no air conditioning, proper ventilation, or any other way to cool the space. Because of this, we completely lost our appetite, which negatively affected our overall experience.

I came to this hotel to celebrate my birthday, but instead, I spent two nights barely sleeping because of the unbearable heat. The management was unable to help us or provide any solution to this problem.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel during the summer.

Pros:

Klidný pokoj, velký a čistý. Výhled z balkonu na kolonádu. Vynikající snídaně, opravdu nejlepší snídaně, co jsme kdy zažili. Na své si přijde každý.

Cons:

Že jsme zůstali jen jednu noc :)

Great location, breakfast, very clean room. Helpful receptionists

Cons:

For general manager: need to pay more attention to stuff. While the receptionists are doing their best, One but big thing was in the every end of our staying- cleaning lady from the restaurant made us a note (after check out, we met her at elevator) in a very unrespectful way. Traveling with a baby, we arrived at breakfast late and stayed while the staff cleared the tables. We'd experienced the same problem with our child's jetlag at every hotel before. We apologized and ate calmly, but the staff remarked that we weren't causing any inconvenience, the main thing was that we'd already taken our food and were finishing it. But this lady met us in elevator, even though several hours had passed, allowed herself to tell us in a teacherly tone that we should split up and have my wife and I take turns going to breakfast. This was completely unsolicited and inappropriate advice, and more than 30 countries have never encountered such a thing. Before that, she'd broken an entire tray of glasses, shards flying toward our child, and she hadn't even asked about her condition. Her manager came over and asked if everything was okay. We didn't want to scold her too much, but instead told her it was our fault and tried to cover for her. That's how she decided to pay us.

본관의 수영장 같은 부대시설 이용은 불편한데 마시는 스파를 즐기기엔 최고의 위치!!!! 시설도 안락하고 얼리체크인도 해주고 친절도는 아주 좋음. 방도 좋았음. 수영장과 사우나 이용만 아니면 아주 좋음

Чудове розташування.Ввічливий персонал.Гарне снідання.Чисто і охайно.

Cons:

Нема поблизу нормального паркінгу і була невеличка будова за вікном( наш номер був на першому поверсі).А так все супер.

Comfortable stay in Karlovy Vary
Pros:

A wonderful hotel in Karlovy Vary. The hotel itself, reception service, and breakfast were all excellent. The reception, pool, and sauna are located in the main building, about a 5-minute walk from our room.

We stayed in a separate building and had a spacious suite with two rooms, two bathrooms, a small balcony, and a beautiful view of the colonnade. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time here.

Wunderschöne Stadt… tolles Hotel! Immer wieder gerne!!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral,sehr sauber, die Zimmer waren sehr groß und hell, es gab Bademantel und Latschen für jede Person. Die Gegend war ruhig am Abend.

Cons:

Das Frühstück und der Wellness Bereich war in einem anderen Gebäude 800m entfernt. War aber nicht schlimm da das Wetter sehr gut war.
