Very angry
Pros:

Nothing- After booking I went there to stay at night. Nobody was there and door was closed . It was 22:30 night. So I was upset, weather was cold and rainy. I didn’t know what to do. I stayed at the street until 7 -am and then went to restaurant.

Cons:

Nothing. Please read above.

Affordable and cozy
Pros:

Property is right in the middle. Parking was available through hotel. Room was nice, clean, and spacious. A little mold in the shower but other than that fine.

Cons:

Breakfast and spa were at other location. Felt a little sketchy entering late night but locked access.

Sehr zentral mit tollem Spabereich
Pros:

Modern accomodation in the spa center

Cons:

Work of reception very poor, slow, unprofessional. 3 people serving one customer for 10 minutes while others are waiting. Breakfast room crowded, had to come twice to try to find a table.
