Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich freundlich. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit. Als wir eine kleine Autopanne hatten, hat sie uns sofort erklärt, wo wir Hilfe bekommen können.
Außerdem wurde uns das Zimmer gezeigt und wir wurden sogar persönlich dorthin begleitet. Das gesamte Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hat alles ausführlich erklärt.
Besonders gefreut habe ich mich an meinem Geburtstag. Ich wurde mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit und einer Flasche Sekt überrascht – eine wirklich sehr nette Geste.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt hervorragend und das Personal ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: sehr zentral, sodass man alles bequem erreichen kann.
Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Wir haben zwei Räume gebucht ein mit großem Bett und ein mit zwei getrennten Betten, müssten aber beide Räume mit zwei getrennten Betten, da was wir gebraucht haben ist nicht mehr verfügbar.

Sehr nettes Personal, haben sich sofort um alles gekümmert, egal ob es um einen Parkplatz ging oder man noch ein Zimmer-Upgrade wollte. Wirklich fantastischer Service!

Pros:

Hotel moc příjemný. Parkování je složité ale zejména během půlmaratonu pochopitelně vše obsazeno. Nakonec mi poradila recepce parkovat v ulici Na vyhlídce a vyšlo to. Hotel je čistě uklizeny, na pokoji velmi příjemná postel a k dispozici kávovar na kapsle. V druhém patře je k dispozici Tea room, který je fantastic bombastic. Wellness a Spa menší a velmi čisté, stojí za to si připlatit a mít to k dispozici. Procedury na hotelu jsem nevyužil. Snídaně super. Pozice přímo na kolonádě naprosto bomba. Ze snidarny jsme koukali na kolonadu. Celkově velmi dobré a doporučuji.
