Klein und gemütlich mit leckerem Frühstück , sehr nettes Personal 😊

Cons:

Leider war mir die Matratze zu hart und das Zimmer nur oberflächlich sauber. In unserem Zimmer gab es Holzbalken auf denen sichtbar dicker Staub lag.

Faltou estrutura e atenção ao cliente

Nossa chave para acessar o hotel e o quarto ficou inativa e chegamos à noite e não conseguimos entrar nem mesmo com o codigo que nos deram ao chegarmos pela manhã. Por sorte depois de 20 mins tentando contato com alguém do hotel no portão( só dava cx postal)chegou um casal,o que nos permitiu entrar mas não acessar nosso quarto. Na recepção tinha um número de tel para emergência e só aí indicaram onde estava a chave "mestra"que abria qq quarto. De manhã no check-out reclamei da situação e nem um pedido de desculpas sequer recebemos. É um problema da tecnologia disse a recepcionista de forma bem grosseira. E me perguntou pela chave de emergência!Ela nem mesmo se deu ao trabalho de verificar que havíamos devolvido assim que entramos em nosso quarto. Se não fossem outros hospedes chegarem ficariamos fora do hotel ! Fica o aviso para quem chegar fora do horário da recepção que não é 24 hs. Desorganização e grosseria foi o que tivemos em nossa estadia.
