Important information:

The day of arrival the room is available from 14.00, if your arrival is expected after 17.30 via e-mail you can check-in online and directly access the hotel and your room with the virtual access key.
To activate the online check-in, you will be sent an e-mail 2 days before your arrival day. During winter the reception is open from 08.00 to 12.00, self check-in is possible from 14.00.

Breakfast is served every day from 07:30 to 10:30 (Winter 08:00 to 10:00).

Please note that the city tax includes the Ticino Ticket. It offers free benefits and discounts in the canton of Ticino, including free use of train and bus services. Wir konnten den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen geniessen und hatten Glück mit traumhaftem Wetter

Alles in allem eine gute Destination👍
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut, man ist in einigen Minuten an der Piazza.
Der Aufenthaltsbereich und die Terrasse sind grosszügig.
Den ganzen Tag hat man kostenlos Zugang zu Wasser, Kaffee oder Tee.
Am Abend kann man in der Selbstbedienung alkoholische Getränke zu fairen Preisen holen, sogar einen Bantli und Käse haben wir dort holen können, leider kein Brot.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Unser Zimmer war etwas klein, es gäbe aber auch grössere, die Terrasse gross mit wenig Ausblick, da man nebendran am Bauen ist. Alles im Allem gute Destination👍

Es hat von Anfang an Urlaub bedeutet.Eines der schönsten Hotels mit sehr kompetentem herzlichen Personal. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und farblich schön abgestimmt.

It was very clean and well kept. It looks like everything is new. The breakfast was great.
