Important information:

The day of arrival the room is available from 14.00, if your arrival is expected after 17.30 via e-mail you can check-in online and directly access the hotel and your room with the virtual access key.
To activate the online check-in, you will be sent an e-mail 2 days before your arrival day. During winter the reception is open from 08.00 to 12.00, self check-in is possible from 14.00.

Breakfast is served every day from 07:30 to 10:30 (Winter 08:00 to 10:00).

Unser neues Lieblingshotel! :-)
Pros:

Ausgezeichnetes, exquisites Frühstück; grosses, geräumiges und bestens ausgestattetes Zimmer mit kleinem Gartenplatz; nur 3 Min zu Fuss zur Bushaltestelle.

Cons:

die Fenstertüren im Frühstückraum waren alle offen, so dass man in einer feucht-heissen Atmosphäre essen musste (#Hitzesommer 2026)

Für 3 Tage mit meiner Tochter und Enkel Ascona.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war super,und Wasser und Kaffee konnte man ohne zusätzliche Bezahlung am Tag trinken!

Cons:

Drugi pobyt i rozczarowanie.
Pros:

Działa klimatyzacja, woda z dystrybutora (zimna, bez i gazowana), ciepła woda w basenie, blisko do sklepu i na stare miasto, cicho, osy podbierają mortadelę z talerza.

Cons:

Byłem w tym obiekcie drugi raz, pierwszy raz wywarł pozytywnie wrażenie, takie, że tu wróciłem.
Jednak teraz miałem jakiś niedosyt. Może to przez inny pokój? Może to, że nie ma już ciasta popołudniu? Śniadanie przeciętne... Po tym drugim pobycie raczej tutaj nie ponowie pobytu, tym bardziej, że cena jest wysoka jak na to co otrzymujemy.

Pros:

Es war ein schöner und ruhiger Aufenthalt. Zu Fuss war man schnell am See und auch die Altstadt war zu Fuss ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Der Pool war nicht riesig, reichte uns aber völlig aus. Die Liegen waren schön mit Pflanzen abgeschirmt und wir fand ich es sehr schön gemacht. Ein Hotel das ich gerne weiterempfehle für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Ascona.

Tolles Hotel, herrliches Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und die Lage sehr gut. Das klimatisierte Zimmer war die Rettung für uns wegen der grossen Hitze draussen. Schade konnten wir die Terrasse nicht benützen, da es sooo heiss war. Die Reise auf den Cimetta war toll.

Cons:

Das Baden im Pool war unmöglich, da das Wasser 29 Grad warm war. Vielleicht könnte da etwas verändert werden.

Einne sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft - wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Gute und ruhige Lage, Sehr freundliches Personal, Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten im Hotel ink. Trust-Bar, schöne Raumgestaltung, reichhaltiges Frühstucksbuffet, gute Betten. Klimaanlage im Hotelzimmer (bei 39 Grad sehr wichtig).

Cons:

Empfehlung: Für uns war bei der Entscheidung für das Hotel u.a. auch der Pool wichtig. Bei der aktuellen und auch extremen Sonneneinwirkung wäre eine Erweiterung mit einem Sonnensegel über dem Pool (evt. auch ein Teilbareich...) sehr vorteilhaft (Sonnenschutz und vermindertes Aufheizen des Wassers).
