No coffee machine,no shower gel

Très déçue de cet hôtel, surtout au vu du prix que nous avons payé et de la présentation qui en est faite. On nous vend une chambre “de luxe”, mais honnêtement, je cherche encore où se trouve le luxe…

À notre arrivée, la chambre était loin de correspondre aux photos et à la description. Décoration et cadres abîmés, trous visibles, siège des toilettes complètement délabré… La climatisation, présentée comme un équipement de la chambre, fonctionnait très mal.

La télévision ne fonctionnait tout simplement pas. Un membre du personnel est venu essayer de régler le problème en installant un câble, mais malgré cela, la télévision n’a jamais fonctionné pendant tout notre séjour, du premier au dernier jour.

Et surtout, impossible de dormir correctement à cause du bruit extérieur. Bruits, cris et agitation quasiment en permanence, de jour comme de nuit. L’environnement immédiat est très bruyant et franchement désagréable.

Il y a effectivement beaucoup de commerces aux alentours, ce qui est pratique, mais cela ne suffit absolument pas à compenser la qualité de l’hôtel.

Le plus décevant reste vraiment cette présentation comme “hôtel/chambre de luxe” alors que la réalité est très loin de ce qui est annoncé. Pour le prix payé, je m’attendais clairement à autre chose.

Je regrette sincèrement d’avoir dépensé autant pour cet hôtel. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement et je n’y retournerai pas.

Everything about this hotel was terrible. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and there was water leaking. The service was absolutely unacceptable, and the staff clearly did not care about the problems we reported.

We were supposed to stay for an entire week, but after just ONE day, we had no choice but to leave because the conditions were that bad. What makes it even worse is that we received no refund or any kind of compensation.

This hotel clearly does not care about cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. Honestly, this place should be closed until the owners actually take responsibility and fix these serious problems. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE.

Pillow was grainy and uncomfortable. The place was noisy but it was just a place to pass the night. Nothing more.

Everything was manageable

Paid a little over £60 for a room without a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, no phone, no wardrobe or hangers for our clothes.
I don't think the price was worth it.
Also, we were on the 3rd floor, no elevator. If we had heavy luggage, we'd have had to lug it upstairs by ourselves because there wouldn't have been anyone to help.
They also don't clean the rooms everyday. You'll have to let them know to clean your room if you plan to stay more than a couple of days.

Only 2 good things about this hotel, our room was clean, much cleaner than I expected. Also, it's walking distance from the train station, bus stop couple of minutes walk and it's very close to ATMs, shops, restaurants, etc.

The bed was uncomfy but was okay. The room was very warm but there was a fan but we had brought our travel fan too which was a relief. The bathroom is in need of fixing, the shower was abysmal, an old glass door was missing and a plastic curtain in its place, touched your whole body as you showered as it is so small. Water leaked on the floor.
Plug socket hanging off the wall, and staff seemed a little disgruntled/disinterested in any pleasantries or inquiries.
