Paid a little over £60 for a room without a fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, no phone, no wardrobe or hangers for our clothes.
I don't think the price was worth it.
Also, we were on the 3rd floor, no elevator. If we had heavy luggage, we'd have had to lug it upstairs by ourselves because there wouldn't have been anyone to help.
They also don't clean the rooms everyday. You'll have to let them know to clean your room if you plan to stay more than a couple of days.

Only 2 good things about this hotel, our room was clean, much cleaner than I expected. Also, it's walking distance from the train station, bus stop couple of minutes walk and it's very close to ATMs, shops, restaurants, etc.

Not as bad as others have made out, and for the price, it is what it is
Pros:

Very good location, room clean, 24 hour reception. Felt safe. Room fairly quiet for London, bass from music could be heard on the Saturday night until 4am.
Plenty of plug sockets, room fairly dark at night.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfy but was okay. The room was very warm but there was a fan but we had brought our travel fan too which was a relief. The bathroom is in need of fixing, the shower was abysmal, an old glass door was missing and a plastic curtain in its place, touched your whole body as you showered as it is so small. Water leaked on the floor.
Plug socket hanging off the wall, and staff seemed a little disgruntled/disinterested in any pleasantries or inquiries.

Pros:

The room was good and clean the staff on the desk was nice and friendly

Cons:

the only issue was that it was very hot room even though there was small fan in the room and there no lift

Location was excellent. Plenty of shops and food places nearby aswell as being 5 to 10 minutes walk from Barking Park where I attended the festival.

Cons:

Aircon didn't seem to have much of an effect on the room as I would have liked but that didn't really affect my stay

Don’t bother if you want to sleep or shower
Pros:

The location was good in relation to the event we were attending

Cons:

It was loud, there were maintenance in the room when we first arrived. Who we realised hadn’t finished when we went to shower before leaving the next day and there was no shower curtain.
The bed was so cheap it made so much noise if you so much as breathed heavily
