Location was excellent. Plenty of shops and food places nearby aswell as being 5 to 10 minutes walk from Barking Park where I attended the festival.
Aircon didn't seem to have much of an effect on the room as I would have liked but that didn't really affect my stay
Nothing very dirty
Because we expected to be clean in side, door was broken, no light in bathroom, towel was dirty
Clean, spacious, comfortable, great value for money and location was perfect for me
Nothing to complain about really would of loved a kettle in the room but that's just personal preference
The location was good in relation to the event we were attending
It was loud, there were maintenance in the room when we first arrived. Who we realised hadn’t finished when we went to shower before leaving the next day and there was no shower curtain.
The bed was so cheap it made so much noise if you so much as breathed heavily
Was easy to get to venue we stayed for
The street noise of locals and bed was a bit uncomfortable but done us for the time we stayed
Near to underground and shops
Welcoming, clean, easy to find, prepared room for hot day,
No kettle, no mug, all that's needed for a brew, fridge always handy but I'd pass that off just for a kettle. Sigh.
Everything else. Perfect.
N/A
Loud music outside of the hotel until 5am by large gatherings.
I booked a double room which I know was comfortable for me - however I was upgraded to a family size room which was a dead room and I was very disappointed. Why upgrade my room without me asking or without my knowledge. I knew what I wanted and I went for it but maybe there was a reason why I was upgraded but that was a very very very very poor upgrade
Taking me from a nice and clean double bed room to a dead and smelly family size room wasn’t necessary
Nothing
Undesirable location for sightseeing London.
VERY, VERY small room. Lack of electric outlets .
No lift.
Best nearby food was Subway sandwiches.
No native Brits around.
I thought I heard rats in the ceiling.
The personnel were kind and friendly
The room was too small for a family room. We didn’t expect this. The windows can’t be open, the door was very weak so someone can easily break in.
Value for money
Street noise, toilet smell due to plumbing (internal soil vent pipe)
Everything
None
Nothing
It was so worst the water was so hot. The staff was not nice. The room wasn’t not properly cleaned. Bad service
