Do not book this few booking.com. I found several reviews on this hotel after booking. Station my that women felt unsafe here. That it was used for prostitution men in and out hotel one women saying she was scared for her life that a man was banging on the door at 3 in morning wouldn’t go away. People seeing drugs etc used here. When I reported this and showed all the reviews I’d found to booking.com and said me and my friend felt unsafe to stay here after all we read and we wanted a refund they left it up to hotel to decide. Of course we never heard from the hotel. Booking.com will not respond either and think it’s okay to advertise a hotel that people have said is more like half way house to women who it could be unsafe for and put them in that situation. And when these concerns are flagged to ignore you and let the hotel keep your money because you feel unsafe to stay here

The bad smell in the room and the roilet and shower dirty the room floor is not clean

Très déçue de cet hôtel, surtout au vu du prix que nous avons payé et de la présentation qui en est faite. On nous vend une chambre “de luxe”, mais honnêtement, je cherche encore où se trouve le luxe…

À notre arrivée, la chambre était loin de correspondre aux photos et à la description. Décoration et cadres abîmés, trous visibles, siège des toilettes complètement délabré… La climatisation, présentée comme un équipement de la chambre, fonctionnait très mal.

La télévision ne fonctionnait tout simplement pas. Un membre du personnel est venu essayer de régler le problème en installant un câble, mais malgré cela, la télévision n’a jamais fonctionné pendant tout notre séjour, du premier au dernier jour.

Et surtout, impossible de dormir correctement à cause du bruit extérieur. Bruits, cris et agitation quasiment en permanence, de jour comme de nuit. L’environnement immédiat est très bruyant et franchement désagréable.

Il y a effectivement beaucoup de commerces aux alentours, ce qui est pratique, mais cela ne suffit absolument pas à compenser la qualité de l’hôtel.

Le plus décevant reste vraiment cette présentation comme “hôtel/chambre de luxe” alors que la réalité est très loin de ce qui est annoncé. Pour le prix payé, je m’attendais clairement à autre chose.

Je regrette sincèrement d’avoir dépensé autant pour cet hôtel. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement et je n’y retournerai pas.

Everything about this hotel was terrible. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, and there was water leaking. The service was absolutely unacceptable, and the staff clearly did not care about the problems we reported.

We were supposed to stay for an entire week, but after just ONE day, we had no choice but to leave because the conditions were that bad. What makes it even worse is that we received no refund or any kind of compensation.

This hotel clearly does not care about cleanliness, maintenance, or customer service. Honestly, this place should be closed until the owners actually take responsibility and fix these serious problems. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE.

The room given to me was smelling, and the net in the windows were torn

Pillow was grainy and uncomfortable. The place was noisy but it was just a place to pass the night. Nothing more.
