Pros:

L’hotel è situato a ridosso di una delle spiagge più belle di Formentera e, in soli 10/15 minuti, è possibile raggiungere comodamente tutti gli altri punti dell’isola. La struttura è super moderna, curata nei dettagli e offre una splendida vista sul mare.
Anche la cucina è davvero ottima, con prodotti di alta qualità. I prezzi del ristorante, dalla colazione al pranzo fino alla cena, sono sicuramente elevati, ma a mio avviso giustificati dalla qualità dei prodotti e del servizio.
È una struttura adatta sia alle coppie che alle famiglie, perché offre tutti i comfort necessari e ha il grande vantaggio di avere la spiaggia proprio sotto l’hotel. Il personale è estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.
Nel complesso, un’esperienza davvero positiva e una struttura che consiglio assolutamente per un soggiorno a Formentera.

Cons:

Se devo trovare un aspetto che mi è piaciuto meno, è sicuramente la camera. Eravamo in tre a soggiornare e ci è stata assegnata una stanza con una metratura pensata per due persone, adattata successivamente a tripla. Di conseguenza, gli spazi erano piuttosto ridotti e non avevamo abbastanza posto per sistemare comodamente le valigie, gli zaini e tutto l’occorrente per il mare.
Inoltre, dalla parete esterna del balcone cadevano alcuni pezzi di intonaco e, nelle giornate ventose, la polvere e lo sporco finivano inevitabilmente all’interno della camera. È sicuramente un aspetto che, secondo me, potrebbe essere migliorato.

Nonostante siano stati gentili, han paura anche con carta di credito a garanzia, che non paghi! Controlli in piscina, non ti danno una bottiglia d’acqua se non sono sicuri che torni a pagare!!! Niente acqua nel frigobar, niente asciugamani in piscina, la loro principale preoccupazione non è il servizio al cliente ma che questo non li freghi! Stanze minuscole…. Lavandino per bambini… Peccato, facessero sentire il cliente veramente in “vacanza” sarebbe top…
