Staffs behavior was good proximity to Nehru Place, just across the road, close to metro access.
This is not dislike but to mention incase if someone returns late during the little late at night some of the approaches to the hotel from the Metro exits and the service roads are closed. Then one needs to walk around a long stretch to reach the hotel. Specially during summers this can be bit uncomfortable.
Family stay was smooth and comfortable throughout. Staff spoke politely, handled small issues quickly, and never looked irritated. As someone who notices service quality carefully, this place felt genuinely well managed.

This is a decent property with buffet breakfast, with is more than enough I would say.
The washrooms are very old and look dirty. Even the towels were not very clean.
