An amazing, relaxing stay with excellent spa facilities—we loved it!
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming. The wellness and pool area was amazing,
the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Great location as well. Highly recommend!

Hotel céntrico en Ruse
Pros:

La ubicación cerca del centro, con una plaza y parque infantil en frente. La recepcionista hablaba algo de español.

Cons:

El spa no es realmente un spa, parece una piscina, no está caliente, tiene dos tumbonas que no funcionan y alrededor solo hay sillas, no es el concepto de spa.

Pros:

Locație ok, în centru, micul dejun bun, personalul ok, restaurantele foarte bune, mai ales Hacienda, care a fost de nota 10, ca servire, meniu, curățenie.

Cons:

Destul de curat - ca în multe alte locuri, nu se face curățenie serioasă, se vedeau și aici colțurile băii de mult necurățate. Personalul destul de ok, doar că la recepție o domnișoară care nu cunoștea în amănunt limba engleză a încurcat cererea de early ceck in.

Location is fantastic, on the main pedestrian street. Nice breakfast. Good real espresso.

Cons:

It is old, not maintained well, unclean carpets. Left water bottles at the tables on the reception, left coffee cups. My room was looking in some dirty backyard, no light. It was nosisy from some air-conditioning or other machine. The TV is disaster. The network is actually not existing.

Solo eché de menos el parking, porque me habían dicho que tendría, pero no fue asi. Tuve que aparcar en la calle.
