Very very centrally located, with elegant period spacious clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Parking right in front of the hotel. Good host.

You had to pick your breakfast time and items the day before. And they were okay. Could have been better.

Some nice touches - overall good stay if you pack light - STAIRS!

Cons:

Stairs - made it difficult with luggage. Welcome a little weak, a/c didn’t work well - room warm - all windows open upon arrival is summer! Instructions for a/c control not adequate- safe did not operate - staff could not fix until following day, food inconsistent- first day not good - second day very good. A few things in welcome book not true- you do need a WiFi password and there is no city tour everyday at 6 pm - need to update!

Elegancia y exquisitez
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta nada más entrar por una de las puertas de la fortaleza ; el parking está en la puerta del hotel. Está céntrico , a 2 calles de la Iglesia negra.
La decoración era exquisita y todo estaba lleno de detalles; hasta la la jabonera era de cerámica Zoltsnay.
El personal muy atento.
Había muchos tipos de desayuno a elegir. El salón donde se servían era también muy bonito. Había un salón para leer precioso.

Cons:

Poner una sábana en la cama en vez de un edredón porque en verano este da demasiado calor.

Pros:

Location was great. Spacious room with sitting room attached. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wonderful choice of breakfast.

Excellent breakfast options. But if you are a light eater, ask for smaller portions.

Parking was a little precarious, but in the end we were lucky and managed to get one of the reserved spaces in front of the house.

Un oasis de lujo donde cada detalle supera las expectativas.

Su ubicación,limpieza y el trato que tuvimos mi familia y yo ! El desayuno te lo sirven a la carta extraordinario y delicioso todo ! Sin duda !! Excelente!!!

Quizás por poner algo , el hotel tiene tres plazas de parquin y si se mete alguien ya es difícil buscar al que ocupo el sitio .pero no es ningún problema hay mucho parquin de pago pero económico! Todo perfecto!
