Front desk staff needs some work on customer service.

Breakfast was good, location was good.

Cons:

Our first staff encounter was not welcoming at all, we arrived at 2:00-2:30 and yes that is earlier then check in time but the front desk wasn't welcoming at all, she said she didn't have any rooms cleaned that we could come back after 4pm and there might be something available but that she didnt know cause she wasn't going to be there cause her shift was gonna be over. I stated that we had a reservation we made online. Without even looking at the computer she said I see that you have a reservation but we don't have any rooms cleaned. We left and returned around 4pm with another front desk present she welcomed us and had no issues giving us a room and she even upgraded our room to a suite with no extra cost. I feel like our second front desk host was more welcoming and helpful then the first.

A good stay considering the busy weekend. My guest who stayed on another floor were appreciative of.
Pros:

I've stayed at other locations, and was excited. This particular location was older and the Breakfast Bar was not as nice.

Cons:

More intention to the breakfast bar.

Lack of attendance during check in and check out . Room not clean.
Cons:

The room was not clean, the bed skirt has residues left from previous guests. The cups in the room were not clean, the cleaning was very surface level.
