Great Spot
Pros:

Hotel sucked, get better employees, and management.

I originallyreserved the room on expedia.com, and me and the husband were excited because of the pictures in the reviews. When we got there , the front desk lady was very nice, then we had to pay for our room sense we reserved it earlier. We paid, went through on my end, but on the hotels it wasn't showing up. We ended up putting 500 more dollars on our card, swiped again, same story, good on our end, not showing up on hotels. Put another 300 on a card, swiped, same situation. 3AM IN THE MORNING with 3 KIDS, 2 Of which are toddlers, the front desk lady told us we couldnt stay cause they had to have money in hand.. they could obviously see from all the reciepts on our end we had the money to stay at their over priced hotel. Yet, my kids and I were told we could not get the keys because we have not paid. Im still waiting for 950 dollars to be put back on my card. I will not ever book a hotel with homes2 again. They have not reached out after what happened. And when I call, they shift all the blame like its OUR fault. Yet, we were the ones just trying to get into a room after a long trip, in a city we dont know, running back and forth to a gas station to put more money on our card, after they kept putting a hold on our money, When the front desk chick had no idea what she was doing like it was her first day. She wouldnt even call management. Not like it would of done any good, cause management sucked when I called the next day.

It was just for work
Pros:

People was nice

Cons:

My shower was broken and no shampoo
The location is a desert they only have the mall which is very poor. No good restaurants in the area

Happy endings
Pros:

I used these fly/park option. I'd highly recommend it. I was able to get a relaxing night because I did not have to drive in the dark. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the shuttle drivers were a hoot! In addition, my vehicle was safely parked.

Amazing staff and location
Pros:

We arrived April 14 and left May 20. We came for our son’s Macalester baseball games and senior graduation. During that time our family experienced a wedding, sickness, and losing our precious dog. The staff was kind, warm, and accommodating during it all. This place felt like home away from home and I can’t thank them enough for that. We felt safe, comfortable, and cared for by everyone there. Thank you for everything and we look forward to seeing you all next spring for another graduation.

Manager and staff was great
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent at this location. Manager was always present and answered all questions. The location needs a complete remodel that is probably the number one thing that you can do to enhance the business of the location.

Cons:

Just the fact that the place was old and needed to be remodeled.
