Pros:

Mitten im Zentrum. Toll und trotzdem ruhig im Zimmer. Ausser die Bar hatt lange party. Dann hört man den Bass sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Bettsofa gierte bei jeder Bewegung
Düsen in Badewanne gingen leider nicht

Das Frühstück leider nicht meiner Erwartung entsprechend.

Allgemein war es trotzdem gut!
Pros:

Lage war gut, Frühstück war auch gut, Personal war freundlich, der Weg zum Bahnhof kurz, man war mitten im Zentrum, die Parkgarage nebenan

Cons:

Beim Einchecken musste man Englisch sprechen.... Das Zimmer hatte keine air condition, mit offenem Fenster war es sehr laut. Wenn im oberen Stock jemand aus WC ging, hörte man das Wasser in der Wand herunterplätschern.

wir würden wiederkommen
Pros:

wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad beides war ausreichend groß. Beim Frühstück gab es alles was wir brauchten, und es war nett uns sauber hergerichtet. Es gab einen Raum wo wir unsere Gravelbikes sicher abstellen konnten,.

Cons:

Der Fahrradraum ist nur über die Restaurant-Terrasse erreichbar, wo sehr viele Glasscherben liegen. Die Gefahr eines Platten besteht dort leider. Es bräuchte mehr Garderobenhaken an den Wänden.

Der Empfang war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr leer und auch wenn aufgefüllt wiiiirklich nichts Spezielles. Es braucht nicht viel, aber ein qualitativ gutes Buffet und nicht gleich alles miteinander leer inklusive keine Tassen mehr bei der Kaffeemaschine ist schon bitzli gar wenig.

Cons:

J'avais réservé 2 chambres. Une pour 2 personnes et une pour 3. Malheureusement, dans la chambre pour 3 personnes, le lit d'appoint n'était pas préparé. une personne a dormi sans draps et sans couverture. J'ai expliqué le problème rencontré le lendemain. Le personnel de l'hôtel s'est excusé mais il n y a pas eu de proposition pour une vrai compensation

Gute Lage

Cons:

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Es war extrem warm und das offene Fenster liess einem nicht schlafen wegen dem Lärm auf der Strasse.

Magical views in a beautiful setting
Pros:

A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. We had a room with a balcony and the views were exceptional. Coffee, tea and water are provided in the room. Its very clean and beautifully decorated. Everything is at your fingertips from shops to restaurants. Its a short drive to Zermatt, the thermal baths and other interesting locations. If you are driving, the car park is right next to the hotel, if not, the railway station is very close. We were so warmly greeted at the front desk and all the staff were friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

It was a bit warm during the summer without an ac and difficult to sleep with windows open on the weekend while the youth were enjoying their best days! However, it would not keep me from coming back!

Gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Am Wochenende ist Party bis in die frühen Morgenstunden in den Bars drumherum. Bei geschlossenem Fenster ginge es, aber aufgrund der Hitze im Zimmer war es nicht möglich bei geschlossenem Fenster zu schlafen.
